well we know it ships from Fl, so be very cautions of a new company out that way.

Honestly so far, I can't find anything better than the China made stuff.
Too bad, because it was exciting to have a local guy at amazing prices!

I sent them an email about their juice because they do have awesome customer service, and like always they responded in 5 min. See me email below, and their response.
I just wanted you to be aware that a lot of people on e-cigarette-forum.com
are having issues with your juice. We feel that they have great flavors, but no nicotine, it's not good if you don't get a throat hit. I just wanted you to be aware that people are not happy, and this forum is where you got most of your recent business.
Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. We hear some negative, just like
we hear positive. We have plenty of return customers, who obviously like
our juice. As far as the "lack of nicotine" goes, there is nicotine in
there. I can guarentee you of that. Maybe we use a different method then
the other brands of juice you all are used to smoking. I am not sure, but
as for saying that there is none, that is incorrect information.
Have you received your package? If so, I would love to hear your take on
it.

Wow, Lucky, that is bad news. I ordered 3 bottles! I haven't got mine yet, oh wait, haven't checked the mail box today yet. I think we should request a return if it's that big of a disappointment.
Idaho, I don't think we can return and I don't think they care. You are NOT going to like it I know you won't. There is NO throat hit none! I personally do not think they have nic in it or they do something very strange, cuz it sucks.
I have a post on eliquid reviews, for this seller. As stated, I bought the tobacco flavor 36mg juice. The juice tastes very un-natural. To me it has a taste, and an after-taste of Hydrogen Peroxide. I can't even stand to mix it, as flavorings don't even help.
I am not accussing them of having Hydrogen Peroxide in their mix, but that is the taste I am reminded of. The crap sucks! I emailed them this morning and let them know what I thought of their juice, but have gotten no response yet I will definately cross this seller off of my list of sellers to buy from. I guess It could have been worse, I'm out $20.00.

I am thinking of filing a dispute with PayPal. PayPal is very good to response with purchaser's complaints and usually side with a buyer. I sell on ebay so I know this to be true. If enough people file, it may send them a red flag on this seller. PayPal would probably refund money, after an investigation. Worth a try for those who are out of a signifigant amount of money.
You would probably file a complaint as "Item not as described".

I still haven't received my order and the tracking info hasn't been updated beyond this initial message:

Oh I filed a dispute alright for both my orders totally $50. I REFUSE to vape this stuff. I think this is a complete SCAM. I have no problem shipping it back if Pay Pal instructs me to in order to get my money back. I REFUSE to vape this. I encourage any one else that is extremely nervous about this product or feels this way too, to do the same. This is wrong.
This punk better refund people's money that are unhappy or he could find a massive law suit upon him. None of us have any idea what is in this stuff and it's truly scary. It is not normal looking or tasting liquid at all.
USPS does not have tracking like UPS. You cannot "follow" your package. It will only show that it has been shipped, and it will only show that it has been "delivered". It's a fairly lame system. Only good to "verify" that your purchase was delivered, which of course you will obviousy know when you get it.
I thought about doing this but I don't think it will fly. We can't prove that we didn't get what we ordered and cant prove that is not safe either. I got a feeling its time to salt and pepper it (not literally) and chalk it up to if looks too good to be true it probably is.

Well I will let Pay Pal decide that for me after what I had to tell them. I'm escalating to a claim as soon as it's allowed.
I think you should give it a shot. Like I mentioned before, PayPal will get a Red Flag on this seller. If alot of people file, it would show that claims are real and probably true. PayPal protects purchasers quite well. I know this because I sell on ebay and have been scammed from a buyers in the past. Even though I was in the "right", PayPal sited in the case for the purchaser. I ended up getting screwed. PayPal and ebay, (ebay owns PayPal) are very protective of buyers. It protects their reputation of safety for internet business, they rely on maintaining excellent reputation.
Yup and addiction juice preys upon people with the attitudes of olddaddy. Oh well I got screwed life goes on and does nothing about it. DO SOMETHING all of us need to file the claims and that will even be more noticeable to pay pal.
Ok , Give me a hand in this. How do I dispute that I didn't get what I ordered? How do I explain that I don't think it has nic in it? Or that it tastes weird or I think it may be unsafe? I hate to roll over and die but am just at a loss at how I can dispute it.
