OK, I haven't read all the posts here but I feel I need to add something.
A few months back, I ordered some juice from an ebay seller. The whole sale turned into a nightmare. First off, it seemed like I waited forever for the order. Then when it came, it was ALL wrong! I received 3 bottles of menthol instead of the flavors I ordered.
The seller was quite apologetic....said he would get my correct order right out to me....and for the inconvenience, he refunded my money AND sent me the correct order free of charge. At the time, I thought that was quite generous of him so I didn't make a stink about it.
What followed was worse. He was out of juice, so I had to wait. When it finally shipped, I checked the tracking number and a few days later, it showed it had been delivered to another address in another state!
To try to make a long story short....I finally got my order and as some of you are saying here, it was quite disappointing. It was sorely lacking in taste and absolutely no throat hit. By that time, I was so burned out on it that I just kept it (since it was actually free) and mixed it with some other juices. I never rated the guy on ebay because I really felt the whole thing was just a big mistake...and it really didn't cost me any money...so I just let it go.
Now I ordered from the addiction site too....and afterwards realized it is that same ebay seller I had dealt with. As soon as I saw the post about no throat hit for 36mg (that's what I got too)....and realized it, I wrote him, explained who I was, and basically told him if things hadn't changed since I last bought from him, he was going to have a bunch of unhappy customers on his hands.
Here was his reply: We are really sorry you are having such a bad experience with our company.
We rarely have problems ,especially when it comes to our juice. We hope
everything goes well and we appologize for any inconvienence.
I just received mine today and haven't opened any of them. I am going to wait to see what happens here. What a freakin' nightmare! I hope you other buyers will keep us posted on how it's going with this.
