I just got this email from him, and I do feel bad that I did not go to him first. I have to say that they do have great customer service, and I should have tried to to resolve the issue with him first.

The thing that I don't quite understand is why you did not come to us
before opening a claim. Was it seriously too hard for you to email us about
any sort of issues you had before going to paypal? You claim you are
"scared to know whats in it" but yet you did not even email us to find out.
Not a single one of your members on this forum has had to decency to email
us and ask us whats in it. Did you all not think we would tell you? I am
not quite sure the mind set of you guys on our company, but you yourself
have said we have great customer service, but yet you didn't even give us
the chance on the customer service. Since you were so willing to give me
the link to the forum, I have indeed read where most of you guys are mixing
it with other brands, so from here on out, no refunds will be issued unless
our product is returned to us.

OK, I haven't read all the posts here but I feel I need to add something.

A few months back, I ordered some juice from an ebay seller. The whole sale turned into a nightmare. First off, it seemed like I waited forever for the order. Then when it came, it was ALL wrong! I received 3 bottles of menthol instead of the flavors I ordered.

The seller was quite apologetic....said he would get my correct order right out to me....and for the inconvenience, he refunded my money AND sent me the correct order free of charge. At the time, I thought that was quite generous of him so I didn't make a stink about it.

What followed was worse. He was out of juice, so I had to wait. When it finally shipped, I checked the tracking number and a few days later, it showed it had been delivered to another address in another state!

To try to make a long story short....I finally got my order and as some of you are saying here, it was quite disappointing. It was sorely lacking in taste and absolutely no throat hit. By that time, I was so burned out on it that I just kept it (since it was actually free) and mixed it with some other juices. I never rated the guy on ebay because I really felt the whole thing was just a big mistake...and it really didn't cost me any money...so I just let it go.

Now I ordered from the addiction site too....and afterwards realized it is that same ebay seller I had dealt with. As soon as I saw the post about no throat hit for 36mg (that's what I got too)....and realized it, I wrote him, explained who I was, and basically told him if things hadn't changed since I last bought from him, he was going to have a bunch of unhappy customers on his hands.

Here was his reply: We are really sorry you are having such a bad experience with our company.
We rarely have problems ,especially when it comes to our juice. We hope
everything goes well and we appologize for any inconvienence.

I just received mine today and haven't opened any of them. I am going to wait to see what happens here. What a freakin' nightmare! I hope you other buyers will keep us posted on how it's going with this.

Lu.......I didn't order from this guy! I just had a BAD feeling about the whole thing( call it "Wizards Intuition" if you like),Somthing about selling 30ml bottles for $15 didn't sit well.......Bulk orders from China are just as cheap! What was this guys profit margin on these orders? If anything even remotly tempted me to order from here it was the fact he had 36mg in the line-up. I feel bad for all those folks who purchased this stuff..if it is factual that they didn't get what they thought they ordered! Hope somthing can be done to prevent future incidents from happening!:(The Wiz!

Do me a favor, since I am not a part of the forum, and have no desire to
become one, let LuckySevens4U know that he is incorrect when he said "He
probably did that because he's getting ...... at all the people asking for
refunds. He wants to state his case to Pay pal to not give you one" I never
once stated that I was not willing to return anyones money. I stated I
refused to give anymore returns to anyone unless they return our product
UNCUT and UNUSED. That is the fair way to conduct refunds, as I see all
over that site that you all are still planning to use our product (you
included) and we should not have to give refunds to dishonest people who
claim they are scared to use it, but yet still plan on using it. We have
not been and are not the ones who are dishonest here, you guys are.

By the way, I am not getting "......" like that guy stated, you don't like
it, fine. Give the product back, and you can get a refund. Plain and
simple. Our company is not going to feed your habit or anyone elses for
that matter for free.

Why should we even have to email you and ask what's in it? if your site says 36mg and I buy 36mg then it should contain 36mg.

last time you went to Walmart, and told them that you did not like a shirt
you purchased there, and got a refund with out returning your shirt? Like I
have said before in past emails to you, we have absolutly no problems with
refunding ANYONE their money back, that is not the issue, the issue is, we
don't feel its right on your (not directly yours, but any customers) part
to keep the product and get a refund. We all know that most of you guys
enjoy the flavors, and plan on cutting it, if that really is the case, and
no one wants to send back the product, fine we can conpromise. You don't
send back the product because you want to cut it, then we offer half a
refund. That way it is fair for you, fair for us

If everyone here is complaining the 36mg has No nicotine in it......How would you go about Cutting that down?.....I am confused!...Possibly a Flavor reductionif the flavors are too strong?...The???Wiz

asked before ordering, so no one was ever told. As far as it being "unsafe"
if it was so "unsafe" like everyone is saying, why is everyone willing to
cut it and still smoke it? Can you explain that one to me?

Simply enough, its Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycrin, Nicotine, and
flavoring. Not sure what is so unsafe about that.

OK eveyone calm down! I have an order coming from Addictive to give them a try that is why this tread caught my eye.
Why are you guys giving this guy such a hard time?
He has offered the folks who don't like his product a refund.
I am new to vaping and trying all kinds of favors and juice from differnt places and find I don't care for 90% of it. I have only found a few that I can smoke. ( sorry vape). Most I can't stand.
So give this guy a break and let people make up thier own minds.
As far Nic content we trust all the other sellers including the direct chinese sellers. China is famous for quality control?
