I just got this email from him, and I do feel bad that I did not go to him first. I have to say that they do have great customer service, and I should have tried to to resolve the issue with him first.
The thing that I don't quite understand is why you did not come to us
before opening a claim. Was it seriously too hard for you to email us about
any sort of issues you had before going to paypal? You claim you are
"scared to know whats in it" but yet you did not even email us to find out.
Not a single one of your members on this forum has had to decency to email
us and ask us whats in it. Did you all not think we would tell you? I am
not quite sure the mind set of you guys on our company, but you yourself
have said we have great customer service, but yet you didn't even give us
the chance on the customer service. Since you were so willing to give me
the link to the forum, I have indeed read where most of you guys are mixing
it with other brands, so from here on out, no refunds will be issued unless
our product is returned to us.
