I have a ego clone and constantly empty these tiny carts. I put on a cartomiser, which lasts a little longer.
I seem to remember reading somewhere of someone adding a drip tip to a cartomiser,
are they just dripping onto the end of the carto? I assume you remove the cap.

Yes. Drip tips are awesome with cartos. I never drip into my drip tip. (Even when dripping....lol)
With the carto, just take the white cap off (assuming you have the kind with the white cap?) and put the drip tip on. I removed the drip tip when refilling, then just pop it back on. I assume you have 510 threads, so you just need a 510 drip tip. Or one to match your threads.

Whether you drip into the carto or not, a drip tip gives a lot better vape.

It also doesn't get so hot it burns your lips like sucking on the end of a carto with the cap on it

I started using a rubber drip tip with my carto today, and it's a much more enjoyable vaping experience. I almost burned my lips a few times using the carto without it - ouch!

It's also much easier for me to refill by popping off the drip tip. No more carrying around a paper clip or safety pin to remove the cap, and getting e-liquid residue on my fingers.

I just ordered a 510 carto pack and i plan on trying a drip tip with it. Ive been dripping for weeks now right on the atty with a delrin tip and i also read about the drip tips on carto's...
I dont mind dripping right into the tip although it seems like a lot of people take them off. I just like the idea of using a carto for 3 times as long and then just adding 10 or 20 drops on the tip and I'm good. Plus after I got my delrin drip tip i dont really want any other shape, i think it feels perfect, to me anyway...
I wanted to try carto's for work or driving but if the drip tip really fits on it good then i may have found my new setup... (thats if i like the carto's at all heh)

Does anyone know where to buy a flat mouthpiece. I have tried a couple of drip tips and really don't care for them but I would like to try and find a flat mouthpiece for my cartos, kinda like the ones on certain small cigars. If anyone knows where I could find that it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would like one of those too.

Check put super t manufacturing's whistle t-tip.

They are pricy for a drip tip, but you cannot find a better one.

I love my stainless steel contoured tip, and the whistle tip is good also.

These guys invented the drip tip and designed them well. Anything you get at super-t is very well made.

I have some plastic flat tips that came off of some clear dual coil cartos. I can send you if you pm me your address.
