So i have a few juices i got when i started that are 24 mg and 80/20 ratio. They were fine starting out but i have since dropped my nic to around 6-18 and 50/50 ratio. These juices are now to harsh for me and i was wondering about adding some VG to each one and cut everything back. Not too worried about losing a little flavor, i can deal with that, but how much would i add? Since its already 20 vg would i just add 30% of the bottle to make 50 vg? I could care less if its more than 50 vg but would like to know if I'm missing something here.

I need a "formula" for doing this kind of thing, too. Not the greatest mathematician here. :)

But since you gave such a large variation on what you wanted your final nic level to be (6-18) you are basically more into winging it here

But why not just use an ejuice calculator, put in the values you are starting with and want to end up iwth?

You need to add 60% of the bottle to get to 50/50. Look at it this way. A 10 ml bottle of 80/20 is 8 ml pg and 2 ml vg. To get 50/50 you need to add 6 ml of VG or 60% of the original bottle. If you added 60% more vg, that would bring the nic down to 15mg.

Shake it for a long time, and really well because the vg doesn't mix easily, and will sink to the bottom because of the thickness
