Adhesive labels for DIY juice bottles?

Any tips on getting a label to stick on a slippery glass bottle?'
Is there any special adhesive labels that work good on glass?

Lots of factors that make labeling a problem...

I just use address labels, add some graphics and print them out on my PC...they wash off easily after soaking for the next batch as well....

They have some clear printable nylon type ones, I've thought about getting as well.

my initial problem was getting the bottle clean enough for the label to stick well; i used soap and hot water and that seems to do the trick.

we'll see how the plain paper labels hold up to leaks etc.

I use a Brother ptouch labeler. The labels stick to everything and hold up well.

Same here. These labels stick very well and because they're made of plastic it's no problem when they're getting wet.

I use a p-touch for some what perminant labels and hand written address lables for stuff I don't keep long. When I steep I use colored hair bungees or colored rubber bands to identify whats in the water steeping in my UC then label them after the steep is done.

P-touches are great for simple labelling. I love thermal printing, and exposing these labels to PG or VG solvents won't degrade the ink in the least.

However, I've has the best luck with Diversified Biotech Cryo-Tags. They will freeze and boil without destroying the printing or adhesive on the back, and are able to be used in label printers. I love these since I can use them on bottles in the freezer and they will not remove during the thaw process

Really low tech here........... Just been using "Write On" Scotch tape and a Sharpie.

I use hand written address labels that don't stick so I put scotch tape over them. Tried the pTouch thing which worked great but it ran out and I haven't bought anymore. I like simple sometimes.
