I remove both caps from the bottle of juice so that the syringe fits into it better. I suck it up into the syringe and then press it into the cartomizer between the wick material and the outside metal wall. I then inject half in one side and then half in the other. Maybe... Usually I pay a bit more attention and fill it up until I see it swell up to about the lip of the center tube and then do it on the other side. I give it a good shake like you're tamping a thing of chew and do it again until it completely soaks the material. The first time I fill one I leave it for a few minutes before vaping on it. Other than that? I'm usually good to go.
