Advice on LEDs for Purple and Lavender

So, I've got one purple and one lavender king diamond shorty batt in my shopping cart for tomorrow. Which is prettier on those, the clear or the purple LED? I'm getting the lavender for a springy look, but the purple will carry through to winter, as well. I'm thinking the clear on the lavender may wash out, but then again, the purple may overpower. I'll probably go with purple for the purple.

I'm asking the guys and gals who own some, I hope!

I have a purple with a white led Ms. Joyce, absolutely love it. The purple led is awesome though (have two black batts with them). Really you can't go wrong.

My purple Diamond batt has a purple LED, Joyce -- I highly recommend it!

I think you should go ahead and get a purple LED for the lavender as well . . . think of lavender pansies, with that beautiful shade of deeper violet in the center . . .

Oy, I need to get some more flowers for the house!

I would have to say i think the purple would accent the lavender very well.

I personally love my clear LED on my purple XL, but that is just me.

But how will you know that you'll get what you want? I mean, although some new batteries have come in, there might not be the colour LED you want.

Been wondering about this actually, can you order but say to cancel that part of the order if they don't have the led colour you want?

Just put a note in the box (order comments) on your order form telling them what you want/don't want; V4L's CS is the best and will take care of you.

Also, I have a Lavender Diamond XL with a pink LED and it is one of my favorites. And I have a Red Diamond XL with a clear LED. The clear LED's are almost bright enough to read by in the dark ;-)

V4L said they will TRY to do the led you ask for but there is no guarantee on it.

When I look on the drop-down list for the available colors of the Diamond series batteries , there is no white or black. I assume that they're out of those at this time. Will they be getting more? And there don't seem to be any of the Regular length now either, just shorties and XLs.

edited to add: Never mind, LOL. Now that I've read back a few pages, I see this has already been asked and answered. I'm on the list waiting for the 'big splash' when the new diamonds roll out. This is going to be fun.

Just an update, like y'all are sitting around with bated breath, wondering what decision I made. I ordered the purple to go with both batteries, and I love it. I guess I'm just a tone on tone kinda gal.

I have a lavendar with white led, a purple with pink led, and a black with purple led. They are all awesome so you cant really go wrong!
