Using 18650 battery and AFS. I have to prime the AFS before every draw to get good TH and vapor. Yes the laser hole is down. What am I doing wrong?

The laser hole is plugged. Please use a pin and with cycle moves try to open it. Push the pin hard, no problem friend:)

The hole wasn't block but now I put it back and I have nothing. Checked the atty with a multimeter and it reads .4. Atty is shorted out. What's going on.

Yes but why would the atty short out?

dunno, my first AFS attempt was also not good, killed an attie in 3 minutes, then with the second one and watching some video's and reading threads I made a second attempt, then it worked fine. I don't remember what I did wrong, but could have been bad luck also.

I've been using the AFS since last night with no problem other than I had to prime before every draw. I tried IMEO's suggestion put it back in and nothing. I don't understand.

If you had to prime before every draw, it sounds to me that is never worked as it should, the atte is now burned :(

I'd understand if the atty was showing an open but not a short. Besides that the laser hole wasn't clogged. I put a new atty in and it works but still no TH and I'm using 24mg juice. I checked the laser hole on this one and it's not blocked. I also put a small piece of filler in the atty. 3.7 on my other PV and I get good TH with the same juice. I'm dumb founded.

for me 3.7V with the AFS does not do it either concerning TH

Maybe you thread the GGTS too hard. The telescope has to be screwed not tight because the center pole of GG connector touch the atomizer, so screwing hard you may damage the atomizer. Thats why I say not to screw tight the telescope or anything on GG. There is no reason for that.

Of course atomizer maybe got dead because of several reasons that has no connections with GG.

As for the liquid that comes to atty, maybe the hole is smaller than required. Sometimes laser leaves small metal pieces on the hole so its diameter get smaller. I suggest to try a new atty but open its hole first with a pin.

I did use pin before installing second atty. I did not screw the connectors tight. The juice I'm using is 10%vg.

the lasered hole is very very very small, what type of pin can fit that?
If you put a strong light on it can you see the light coming through the hole?
blowing into the attie while it is on the AFS can sometimes also help, if the case is here that the hole is closed
