Some of us simply need the nicotine.
Or meds from BP.

Some of us are depressed or schizoid or crazy or or or.....
I've been identified by others as resembling all the above (-;

Meds or nicotine? I'd druther the nicotine.

I'd like to wean off of it altogether but it's not an option... for me.

Started at 36mg 5 years ago with occasional forays into 42mg.
Equipment improved and these days 24mg satisfies. WTA goes a long way as well. 18 or lower and ugliness ensues.

To those that are able to vape lower percentages of nicotine, more power to ya'll.
To those of us that feel the need, embrace it and enjoy (-:

I'm nowhere near ready to cut down yet, I'm using 24mg and happy with it. If in the future I want to cut it down I will do so very slowly but not be too bothered if it doesn't happen. I feel that if it does happen it should be as easy a transition as it has been to give up a 30+ a day of superkings, full strength, for vaping. So what will be will be. I'm just happy to be off the stinky sticks. I tried everything - and thought I'd never be able to stop.

I used to smoke around 6 cigarettes per day on average... but I did that for 27 years.

I started vaping 12mg and I still (five years later) vape 12mg strength...
--But I do vape less often now
--And I don't NEED to vape at all anymore

I still vape because I enjoy it, especially when drinking.
And I still use nicotine because I believe in doing so, in moderate amounts.

But everyone is different, and everyone needs to find what it is that THEY need.
