Hello everyone . I've seen replacement coils with wicks ready to install from FT and such. Do they make these for the Nautilus also?

    TY

P.S. I am a vaping Guru as of today, but, please don't ask me stuff :). I just like to welcome newcomers, I don't know much about vaping stuff.

Ty guys. I was looking to try a different type of coil and wicks from what Aspire makes. I'm not going to get into making my own yet but I'd be willing to insert them into a used coil housing.

I was thinking along the lines of maybe a different gauge SS wire with cotton bacon or something.

Rebuilding a Nauti coil can be done. Especially if you have the skills of a watchmaker. There is an aftermarket RBA, but it seems it's even worse than trying to rebuild the Nauti coils themselves. I know there are some really talented people around here who do rebuild most anything, but I don't have the ability or patience. A factory coil is a factory coil, and when I want to build it's an RTA or occasional RBA that big enough to accommodate my fat fingers.

I have bought pre-coiled coils with wicks from fasttech. I use them in my pro-tank type coil heads and they work out very well for me. It would be worth the low price FT charges for them just to try them out. The pre-coiled coils can be used in whatever head you want to use them in. Just be sure to buy the right size for your application.

Congratulations on your new Guru status :)

I know someone who vapes an N mini full time and has been using the knockoff coils from fasttech, went through a pack of them and bought 5 more packs from FT. He says they behave exactly the same as the factory coils.

There is only about a $2 per pack difference between authentics and clones, so I am sticking with authentics. I just ordered 15 packs for my wife from FT and they shipped in 10 hours. Pretty amazing.

If the clones were proven to be as good I would buy them, but there are too many clone suppliers to ensure consistency IMO and again, not much of a $$$ difference.
