Finally have time to play with it and have some questions.

1. The mesh must fit just nice to the wick hole or must leave some space?
2. I prepare all my mesh and wire properly but why do i still get hot spot?

Is it because mesh not wicking/wet enough?

What causes hotspots:

1) Frays on the mesh.

2) coils too tight.

3) that particular spot on the mesh's conductivity is similar to your coils. Hence the fissure aka hotspots (It always happens with 32awg)

Try lower gauge wires, or coiling using drill bit for even distribution of coils. If it gives you problem again, even after using lower gauge, refer to 1 and 2.

What is frays?

Frays are tiny hairs that you might have missed during the torching part. The sort that refuse to go off, even though you've torched it. And you might need a pair of thread snippers to snip it off.

Another scenario of "fray" (And more often than not keep making us tear our hair out in frustration!!) is when you've coiled too tightly, and keep doing the "pulsing" and the short refused to budge. Pulse that short long enough, and it will burn through the wick, creating a tear.

Vapor wise, mine has a lot just that, after one/two vape, the hot spot with the burn taste is really killing the throat.

In the case of rebuildables, if your coils are glowing evenly, and you are tasting burnt taste after 2 or 3 consistent vapes, it may be wicking issues.

1) You may improve wicking by tilting your genny to the 3 O'clock angle whenever you are taking a toot.

2) Use loose fitting tightly rolled mesh for your wick. E.G: Wick hole size is 2.5mm, use about 50mm of #500 mesh or 45mm #400 and roll it as tight as you can, achieving a wick with a pin sized hole and a diameter of around 2.2mm.

If AGA-S has the same configuration as the T (that is 1 wick hole + 1 fill hole), and the fill hole size is equivalent to the wick hole size, try number 2.

Different ppl are getting different successful setups with different materials and different configurations for Genesis setups. Go with what you think suits you best.

Try twisted coil? i also always having problem using single wire, keep getting hot spot at the top coil. A bro here taught me twisted coil, working so far so good.

Thanks curry, after using your method,it's getting better but still some wicking issue..

Twist coil I also got try but my twist always uneven..

use something heavy to hold 1 side, i use fishing weight, then keep spinning the weight, when twisted, burn the coil with flame so the coil will stay in twisted shape
