once you go to a genesis style atomizer you will never be satisfied with anything else.

Got mine yesterday from Lance. Put off playing with it until tonight after a through cleaning of fingers and hands(diesel mech, I have to scrub more than a surgeon to remove a days work.)
I made my wick from the supplied 500. Lance had already stated that a tighter wick worked better so I forgoe the paper clip and rolled the wick by hand after cooking it thoroughly with a torch and dropping it in my double tequila by accident. :( the wick probably taste good but the tequila taste like crap now. Anyway, I used the entire sample of 500 for a single wick that slips nicely into the wick hole with out dragging. I just wish I wasnt in such a hurry to leave work. I forgot to bring my drill bits home. Tomorrow I am going to home depot with the AGA-T and opening packages until I find the right drill bit to buy. :)

The right size wire/kabob stick or even a screw works too. A screw has the benefit of already being in a wrapped design you can groove the wire into, but you have to 'unscrew' it out of the wick.

Is this made out of all SS or is there chrome plated brass? That's a good price and I may consider getting one to play around with while waiting for my AC9 to ship.

All stainless except the center post is plated brass I believe. Lance is working on convincing them to do all stainless.
