Used my AGA-T+ all day today. It worked really good. The ohms went from 1.9 last night to 2.0 today, i assume this is the build up that occurs. No biggie though.
I drilled my air hole out from 1mm to 1.6mm. I was initially going for around 1.4mm to start but that bit broke so i went ahead with the 1.6mm. I think its a little much, it still works good but seems too airy, even though it still puts out a good fog. Note that i do have the filler screw out, so im gonna put that back in a see what difference it makes with the larger air hole.

i heard its good to take the filling screw out.. but mind to share what is the purpose and different?
With the hole at 1.6mm it doesnt seem to matter if the filler screw is in or out. Either way its too airy. I can move my finger over the air hole a little to restrict the flow and it works better.

by logic maybe want to make sure that the mesh is absorbing the liquid faster... maybe.. i donno actually... thanks anyway
Along with AGA-T+? Then it is not Pyrex glass I think, it should be PMMA or Poly carbonate... Is your tank edge smooth finished no chippy? Mine along with AGA-T+ is Poly carbonate which is exactly 20mm. I'd extra bought separately the Pyrex glass tank(or tube) with chippy edge and its OD is 19.6mm...
I do have 34g Kanthal A1 coil but never use it again, don't like it... resistance too high... too thin... not lasting... I'm thinking of getting 30g for a try soon. Now I only use 32g and it works great with #400 ss mesh, and with powerful Vamo at 8.5 - 9 watts it hits nice for every puff!
Before DIY, I only use Hangsen juice which is 80%PG/20%VG, but now I DIY my juice at 70%PG/30%VG, sometime 75%PG/25%VG, it gave me lot of cloud out of my mouth and nose.
P/S: Once I have free time, I'll show some pics of how I wrap my coil and roll my ss mesh. Until I order more coils(listed: 30g, 32g and some ribbon coil too) and ss mesh(listed: #325, #400 and #500) from Germany eBay.

It's to prevent a vacuum inside the tank that could prevent juice from making it up the wick.

I put the neg screw through a hollow steel dowel which rises the neg screw up. I raised it up 2MM. also, you have to put some tension on your wire when you anneal it. I hook mine to the neg screw on my Vamo & lay the vamo flat pulling up slightly on wire putting tension on it then anneal. This little bit of weight stretches all of the springy out giving you perfect straight wire with no tension left. BTW, I don't use washers or bend the wick toward the pos post.
Hi Eric, I thought the glass tank from d-wap is Pyrex glass tank, no? Is the Pyrex glass from IBTanked a better option?
By the way, what kind of drip tip should I get for AGA-T+? Sorry for this silly question, i am a noob.
