Hello, anybody have it already? And anyone know where to buy this newest AGA-T+ in Malaysia? So far as I know, this is the only genesis style rebuildable atomizer which is truly, fully made of stainless steel from China. With clear PC tank, also provide pyrex glass tank:w00t: (optional), adjustable air hole, silica wick, cotton wick or ss mesh wick as you like. This is what I'm looking for! :hubba:

i use genesis DID. heheee

Oh, original or China made? If it's original I'll envy you... :)
I already have 2 of China clone DID, but don't like them cause they're chrome plated brass... One of it the chrome plated at cap screw thread already worn off... not safe for vaping... Brass is alloy of copper and zinc, I believe you don't want to inhale oxidized zinc... I'll throw away these China Clone DID once I got this AGA-T+ with adjustable airhole cap.

Edit:
Here is what I mean the chrome plated worn off at cap screw thread...
See the yellowish at the cap screw thread?

anyone know exactly how much closer the wick hole is to the center post? i have the aga-t already... i got really frustrated with it cause i could build the coil perfectly except for the top coil cause the hot spot due to the wick hole NOT being close enough to the center hole.

if it's really close enough to where it almost touches the coils (with the screws on that is) i will probably get this. i don't want to waste my time or money that i'm saving up for an ac9 or ZAP if this specific issue isn't "fixed enough". and what i mean by enough is the wick hole would still be too far....

i'm not snapping my FC wicks either (when i get them).

The manufacturer(Youde Technology) did noted this mistake, and they did made the wick hole closer to center post already for this new AGA-T+. Read their "Detailed Product Description" under AGA-T+ atomizer advantages:, line number 5, its did said, "ss mesh hole more close to center post.".

I picked a picture of this AGA-T+ from DiscountVaper, can you see the wick hole did really get close to the post?

Few weeks ago, I did read some ECF members have already solved this problem via adding 2 wider washer rings to grab the coil.

Hope this help...

i guess it helps, a little bit. I've researched around, people are saying that they can't see the difference from the old one in relation to the wick hole . while i can clearly see it is a tad bit closer, i'm more numbers and actual measurements before i'm rest assured. maybe they'll move it closer in the next version as i still don't think it's close enough for my taste. i could just buy a tight spring and washer and make it like the ac9 however.... but well... if i could get it new, i wouldn't be researching about the agat+ or consider getting it :p

maybe i should just buy two, get a 3/32 drill bit and a 1/8 drill bits, drill the holes out closer to the center post so i'm fully prepared for my FC2K wicks.

OR does anyone know where i could get the nuts and bolts that would be wider but fit onto the center post threading for the agat's? really that top hot spot is my main concern for both. air circulation would be better as well if i had a fatter center post.

Once I received my AGA-T+'s and try it out then I let you know. But in my opinion, I think it is all about how you coil it... Have you read the thread I post early? http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/359765-aga-t-wick-length-coil-wraps.html Check post #91, I think he has same issue as yours. Try read the whole thread.

I always do my coil and SS mesh wick(double wicks) like this one: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modding-forum/359593-how-make-unoxidized-hot-spot-free-cleanable-coil.html Never has hot-spot unless I replace new SS mesh without changing new coil.

Here the video show how exactly I do my coil. He called it "DrillBit method", but I don't use drill bit I use 2mm stainless steel rod:

Or maybe you may try rolling paper method (I tried it before but little troublesome for me) like this one: Wrapping A Genesis Atty Using Rolling Paper - YouTube

Just one?? Take 2!!! This monster is AWESOME! Once you did the correct coil and mesh wick with zero hot spot, it tastes great to the last drop of your "juice"!!!

hi, i bought 1 for myself. i tried to coil it based on the videos but i still have problems on eliminating the hotspots. when i fire of the pv, the red area on the wire is only from the positive point to the mesh. once it reached the mesh, its not red hot. hope to get my additional items for recoiling afterwards to get use to recoil my Aga-t+.
