AGA-T+ Rebuildable Atomizer

Where did you get that center post mod? If you did not purchase it can you tell me what the thread type is so that I can try and imitate it. I am pretty sure I can thread some brass or SS rod and use a drill press to make something simple and cool like that. But WOW I like the way that looks..

I'm going to machine one too using ss, me don't like brass. (I have a mini lathe. ) I think the center post screw thread is M2 x 0.4(2mm OD x 0.4mm per thread). For top screw I'll use a short pan recessed M3 x 0.5 Phillips head screw, of course tap a 3mm OD x 0.5 per thread hole on top.

But we're half a planet apart, the postage will be more expensive than a piece of this thingy. (I'm from Malaysia) I believe it's very easy to make one. Once I have chance, I'll post some pics here.

I would be happy to see your pics and specs. on the project and based on the finished weight I may ask you again once we can reasonably guess the shipping cost. With the popularity of the AGA you might find a North America market for your ingenuity. Thank you for considering.

I have a problem but this time the bottom at the firing pin were pushed in hence the silicone insulator popped out which become very annoying when it short the body of my mech mod. so far the only solution is for me to really gently screwing it but since i usually interchange with my dripper tank it keep on happening any solution for this? thank you in advance for all the advice

can try wrapping in dental floss or plumber's ptfe tape in between to make a gap and insulate bottom +ve post and body

LOL! I'm ed! But thank you so much! There's ton of people over there(your country) can do much much better than me if they saw the above piece. And my little lathe can't handle to much work, it's only a hobby tool for fun.

Try look for rubber O-ring with about the size of the original silicone grommet. It'll work too. The pic show the example of O-ring and how to fix. My O-ring is slightly bigger, probably can find the smaller size(5.8mm - 6mm OD) as long as it can fit in the 510 connector. Hope this help.

Hmm... mine here I often check hydraulic system supplies. Some hardware stores do carry, or motorcycle and car repair. Otherwise just google o-ring. I just googled "o-ring malaysia" and shown up full page listed all Malaysia online suppliers.

LOL! Thanks to both of you for the compliment. Actually those were just a simple and basic mechanical works that many newbie mechanic can do. I'm just an old urchin who love to playing with tools.

aiyoh i just broke my ice rooks and it definitely made from acrylic and the worst part is i just had it for a few hours and then it snapped

LOL! Yeah, acrylic is easy breaking material. I've broke more than 5 pieces of acrylic made drip tip myself. Delrin will be more durable, already ordered some from Melaka but still not arrive yet.
