Ah Ha! Ecig Scammers Being Sued

There are probably new vapers out there who have bought into these scams and needlessly spent hundreds of dollars on inferior products. I feel so bad for them and hope the court forces the scammers to pay restitution.
WARNING: I think they are at it again under the name Vaperlite and that I will be their next victim. If anyone else has dealt successfully with scammers like these please advise. My first priority is to contact my credit card company to be sure they don't bill my card for more than the $4.95 shipping I paid.
^^Yes!! Total scam. Go read their terms and conditions.....$99.95/month will be charged every month. Looks pretty hard to get out of, too, without paying $49.95 for the $4.95 kit.
They already tried to charge my card for $99.00 two days ago. It was declined because i did not have that much credit available. i have reported it to my card company.
MY first kit was one of the $14.95 free trial offers(time started when order placed). I tried to cancel on the thirteenth day, which was a friday, and they just did'nt answer the phone. To make a long story short I canceled a few times and they just kept on sending carts and billing me, in the end I was out $300 bucks and had to get my debt card replaced. What a bunch of crap.
I'm lucky that didn't happen to me. I will try to replace my CC as soon as possible.

To my knowledge, Vapor Corp is the only publicly traded e-cig company, its still small, and their shareholders have yet to benefit.
I've been surfing the net today for ecig free trial offers. They're still out there, and one thing they have in common is it's almost impossible to find either the small print details, or info on the company/corporation making the offer.

There used to be a stickie in the new members forum warning people about scams like this.
indeed, i had read those posts, I knew to look for the fine print and did not see it. While the agreement to buy overprices stuff the send you is certainly a bad deal, a shady practice perhaps, and certainly an embarrassment to the ecig industry, it isn't necessarily fraudulent. But to use an undisclosed agreement to justify billing the credit used to ship th the "free" sample before the purchaser even knows of the agreement, and to impose cancellation provisions that amount to a forfeiture is certainly fraudulent.
