That is a good point Mazinny. But the primary concern is what Wlad thinks will happen and how he will choose to position his business ahead of time to be best prepared. He doesn't strike me as the type of person who sits around waiting for something to happen and then decides what to do. Especially given what I've learned recently about profiles.

The industry is and will be changing for sure. There is no doubt about that. There will be a great deal of consolidation going on. In the short term there will be more eliquid vendors popping up, but in the medium term ( 3 to 5 years down the road ), a lot of them will close shop, some will be purchased by big tobacco, and only a few will survive as a stand alone business imo.

What Vlads plans are, i don't know, but i am certain he won't be able to survive as a vendor with 200 different flavors and a great deal of customization.

Prices will continue to go down, as the quality of juices from other vendors improve. The less popular juices will likely go out of production as well, so if some of your favorite juices are among the less popular ones, you might consider stocking up.

You peoples are killing me today. I placed a small Order after rabernet's heads up and less than 20 minutes later guess what landed in my e-mail In Box?

If you guessed Feedback Coupon you would be correct :)

Yeah buddy, my order shipped already! And since its priority, I'll probably have it by Friday.

Personally, I wouldn't be upset to see the profile thing going away. Either you like it or you don't. Now maybe there were some juices that would've fit my fancy better with a little more or less xyz... But why would I order something again if I didn't like it the first time? And if I did like it the first time, why would I want to risk screwing it up? Never made a lot of sense to me, but whatever. Same with the sweetener option. Just seems to cause more anxiety for people than anything.

Does the feedback coupon only go to regular customers? I'm subscribed to the newsletter but haven't placed an order with them yet... still a newbie.

The coupon code comes on an email asking for feedback on your most recent order, so yeah, you have to have already ordered something to get one. It usually comes 2-3 weeks after you order and is good for 15 days.

Anyone try the ARO's? Do they benefit from a steep (gosh I hope so)?

I just got my first, Smokin Cherries today. I excitedly opened the bottle to take a whif, and good gosh - no tobacco smell at all, no cherry smell either. It's a pretty awful smell right now. Sort of chemically.

Guess I'll see what the other two ARO's I ordered smell like when they deliver tomorrow.

I can tell you from experience in DIY cherry is one flavor compound that takes quite a while to actually taste like cherry. lol
I mixed some Inawera Cherry and steeped it 8 days and it still tasted like a cat turd rolled in cracker crumbs.

LOL! I have a similar opinion about the aros. I think they taste and smell sort of "pharmaceutical". Unfortunately, steeping doesn't seem to change them much. :(

Apparently the aros go through a co2 distillation process. I was browsing through the NET thread, and there was a minority opinion that this leads to the chemically smell. A couple of people where even of the opinion that they aren't real NET's if they are not macerated ( definitely a minority though) . I don't know enough about the topic one way or another but i decided to order Devil Dog and Blue Grass Burley to judge for myself ! Those two seem to be the most popular unflavored Ahlusion aros, amongst the self-styled experts and connoisseurs on the NET thread !

Just kidding about the self-styled part though, they are wonderful people over there, and man are they hard core about their net's :)
