Quote from the article “This will not settle the e-cigarette issue by any means,” said Thomas J. Glynn, a researcher at the American Cancer Society, who was not part of the study, “but it is further evidence that, in a real-world context, e-cigarettes can be a useful, although not revolutionary, tool in helping some smokers to stop.”

Not a revolutionary tool??? Let's see what he says 5 or so years from now -- assuming the government doesn't get in the middle and really screw things up!

Thanks for posting the article Mozzer!

i think it's truly revolutionary, this is the only thing that has worked for me (and many others)

Got Mango Lassi and Papaya Lassi in my normal 70 PG. The Papaya Lassi is papaya goodness FOOB! Can't wait til it steeps some. If it lasts that long.

I love the mango one, haven't tried the papaya yet...may have to put that one on my next order.

Oh dear. . .

Between Pear Tarte Tatin and Pear Mimosa, I think I'm becoming a Pear Junkie! :w00t:

Thanks to Angelphyre, Jrenae and others who recommended these two!

I'm so glad you like the Pear Mimosa...it is still one of my favorites! I just ordered the Pear Tarte Tatin this past weekend, so looking forward to trying that one.

+1 for the only thing that worked.

+1000 for the only thing that works!

I enjoyed Papaya Lassi all weekend. Such real papaya flavor! Last week I received Mango Lassi. Going to dig into it tomorrow because I like mangos more than papaya in food, I bet the mango is going to be killer. I love the real flavors. I miss the mango tree I had in the yard in south Florida.

pardon the typos, on my phone :)

You had a mango tree??? so jealous. It's definitely one of my favorite fruits. Been having it a lot lately with sticky rice at Thai restaurants. There's nothing like the ones in Thailand, though. A huge variety. Were the ones from your tree good?

I would never eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch because I am an adult. I swear I wouldn't eat that stuff. Please believe me.

In all seriousness though, while they don't have any real proof that this is a way to "market to kids," I think eliquid vendors have gotten away with murder when it comes to appropriating others' brands -- whether it's "kid-friendly brands" or just any flavor brand in general. I don't particularly care one way or another, but I think for a business to enter into a field under scrutiny since its inception, it makes for an insanely goofy practice.

[From the mind of some random elqiuid maker: "Hey, I know we are being watched an all, but how about some Coca-Cola liquid? That'd be awesome! Surely we can fly under the radar by selling that way -- Coca-Cola ain't that big, is it?"]

In my book, anyone dumb enough to call their flavor Tootsie Roll or Thin Mints deserves the army of lawyers about to descend. Why would anyone think they could use trademarked names to sell something other than that product? Try opening a pawn shop and calling it Best buy, and see what happens.

A friend grew it from a seed (pit). I don't remember the variety but it started putting out fruit when about 5 yrs old and better than any store bought mango. I did have a Golden Retriever at the time (RIP Riker; he lived to a ripe ;) old age) who would steal my mangos off the tree! I had to make sure I harvested young low ones before he would get them. If they fell, well, fagetaboutit, they were his! So good and naturally sweet. Too big to bring along when we moved to north central Florida and would not have survived the winter freeze here. I sure miss it!

pardon the typos, on my phone :)

Now I have to go to the grocery store and buy a mango and a papaya so I know what they taste like. Should probably pick up a pomegranate too. Let's see the mango you eat the flesh inside but not the peel. What about papaya? With the pomegranate it is the seeds you eat, right? I do not think I have ever seen a lychee or dragonfruit.

As you can see, I am not well versed on tropical fruits in fresh form.

they take a bag and squirt some hot sauce and salt and lime juice in it and then you swirl it in that and eat it, so good!

I do not like hot sauce but that sure does sound good. (maybe a mild hot sauce)

oh.. my.. goodness.. mangasmic

Both mango and papaya you eat the flesh not the skin. My mnago tree's fruit was not stringy like most I buy now days. Pomegranate? ????? Never had one. :)

eww yah. should not be mealy or stringy. that's a very bad thing. Supposedly the pro tip is to put them in uncooked rice for a week or so before peeling and eating, but I never tried it myself. I've been served ones that had that done, and they are perfect texture and juicy, sweet, and delicious.
