I did get an email back from Alley that they have re-enacted my gold status! 


Can someone help, please? I tried to reset my password and got a message that said they couldn't send a password reset email. So I figured my account wasn't ported over and tried to set up a new account. That didn't work; the error message said my email address was already associated with an account. Any ideas? TIA!

Contact them on the site. It's possible your account didn't port over to the new site. I know a few have had that problem.Can someone help, please? Oh I agree. I'm not really worried about the free sample, I know I'm getting a good deal anyway. I just wanted them to be aware of the problem. I'm placing my order either way as soon as the site lets me sign back in...right now it'll go to the sign in page but then gives me an error page. I know I'll get it eventually.I placed my first order from the new site today. At some point during the past week, as I was working on my cart, my free sample disappeared also. Oh well, I have had plenty of free samples in the past few years from Ahlusion. The shipping charge kind of hurts, but the juice is still an excellent value. I paid $10.00 for 15 mls. from a B&M this week, which is almost double the price I paid for Ahlusion per ml.
Not sure if it will fix it, but try to delete all your Ahl cookies, and then try to to the reset etc. Having cookies from the old website might interfere.
