Can someone help, please? I tried to reset my password and got a message that said they couldn't send a password reset email. So I figured my account wasn't ported over and tried to set up a new account. That didn't work; the error message said my email address was already associated with an account. Any ideas? TIA!

Are you sure that you are using the email address as a request, that you have on file with them? I had to check my incoming mail from Ahlusion to be sure, I have so many darn addresses.

I did get an email back from Alley that they have re-enacted my gold status! :wub:
I just heard back from Alley too and also have my gold status back! Yay!:D...However, I'm still having the problem with the free sample option not even coming up even after I have several bottles in my cart. I have let Alley know and she replied that they will look into it. I'd suggest if anyone else is having that problem, then let them know so they will be aware of the problem.

Contact them on the site. It's possible your account didn't port over to the new site. I know a few have had that problem.

I placed my first order from the new site today. At some point during the past week, as I was working on my cart, my free sample disappeared also. Oh well, I have had plenty of free samples in the past few years from Ahlusion. The shipping charge kind of hurts, but the juice is still an excellent value. I paid $10.00 for 15 mls. from a B&M this week, which is almost double the price I paid for Ahlusion per ml.

Oh I agree. I'm not really worried about the free sample, I know I'm getting a good deal anyway. I just wanted them to be aware of the problem. I'm placing my order either way as soon as the site lets me sign back in...right now it'll go to the sign in page but then gives me an error page. I know I'll get it eventually.

Not sure if it will fix it, but try to delete all your Ahl cookies, and then try to to the reset etc. Having cookies from the old website might interfere. Think Ahl mentioned this somewhere.

I was just reading FB and saw that it seems people can't access their accounts because they forgot to add their birthdates to their accounts by the 25th, as Ahlusion had said would be needed. They sent emails asking everyone to do this, because they just don't have the time to manually enter everyones birthdates themselves. Now they are being flooded with requests for them to do it.... :(
