I've been thinking about that sweet, sweet BVC lately so I stopped by to grab some. After the initial trauma of finding my account had been deleted, I was happy to see the vape of legends past was still in production. Vurley too. Also found a bookmark for the old A+ forum a few days back. Tumbleweeds... How's everyone?
BVC (I assume Bluberry Vanilla Cake) is one I haven't tried yet. Guess I should. Love LVC, after all. Banana Cream Pie turned out pretty good after a bit more of a steep. Probably not on my list of favorites, but still good as a change-up.

It's been a while since I posted on my health, so here goes:
My wound is...GONE. The oxygen and the biologic dressings worked.
Next was a bone biopsy on my hip. This was a surgical procedure, which I wasn't expecting. When the doctor looked at the area, he almost cancelled the test. Apparently, I have cysts there that indicate osteoarthritis. He did the biopsy anyway, just to be on the safe side, and I get the results tomorrow. I'm looking forward to getting started with treatment for the osteo...I definitely need strategies for helping me with walking. I'm hoping for physical therapy and I hear there are shots that work for a while.
Otherwise, I'm doing fine, except for anxiety and depression at times (who doesn't have that?)....and the hair lol. I started taking biotin, which seems to help some people.
All I can say is how thankful I am for vaping. I just went through the biggest medical issues of my life without one cigarette.
Edited to add: Biopsy results: NEGATIVE.
I'm now trying to find out where to go to get help with the osteoarthritis (which hasn't actually been officially diagnosed yet). My oncologist didn't have a good suggestion, so I called my PCP...and meanwhile, I'm stopping in to see my chiropractor later today!

@PennyLynn That's great news! I'm so glad the treatments worked. I have bursitis in both hips and get injections quite often. If it's steroids then it lasts a few months but I usually get a type of lidocaine medication injected since it doesn't do any damage like steroids. But it does only last about a month. It's called a pressure point injection. Another option is lidocaine patches. You can use 3 at a time and they last for 12 hours. They work great for side sleepers. There's also Pennsaid. It's a liquid and you apply 40 drops. It works great! I got the bursitis from water physical therapy.

I finally tried Pineapple Cream in my Kabuki. I immediately ordered 2 more Kabuki clones and 5 60mls of Pineapple Cream. OMG....it's so amazing! :thumb: I've got to try Pina Colada in one, too. I have 1 authentic Kabuki and I've found that the clone works even better.

You got bursitis from doing physical therapy??? Oy!
I appreciate the tips on treatments, but at this point I'm hoping not to need them (although I made a note of this stuff for myself, thanks). I've been seeing my chiropractor, and she feels that just her treatments may be enough (but will refer me to a doctor if it appears that I need medical services). I've been there twice so far, and the difference is pretty incredible. AND it's covered by Medicare. I also saw my test and biopsy results, which show...nothing! So for now, I'll go to Chiro three times a week and do my prescribed exercises and some easy yoga at home.

If anyone other than me is a big fan of AHL's Moonlight Serenade, I'd love to know what you think of the new formula? I think it's excellent, but it's not the Moonlight Serenade I crave. I'll probably buy Nu Moonlight Serenade, but not at the rate I bought the original. Now that the FDA has eased up on or extended the implementation of the Deeming Regs, I hope AHL will give me back my Moonlight Serenade. Has anyone else noticed recent reformulations of AHL faves?

I hope they don't change Sweet Chill. It's been my adv for over a year. I would be heart broken!

They changed Melon-Berry Frost, too. I don't like it. There's a lot more melon flavor and I don't taste any berry. I don't plan to buy it again. It's taking a long time to get through the bottle of the new formula. I hope they don't change any of my top 5 favorites!

I'm sorry to hear they changed Melon Berry too. I saw a blog they posted on the AHL site saying they would reserve the right to change formulas, and it was shortly thereafter I noticed the difference in Moonlight Serenade. At first, I hoped it was just an off-batch, so I ordered it again, and the new bottle was the same as the other one, and was very different than the Moonlight Serenade that was my second favorite AHL juice. I will probably let them know I wish they'd switch the formula back to the original at some point, and I do hope they will, especially since the implementation of the Deeming regs has been pushed back five years.

I don't believe I ever had the original Moonlight Serenade. I am finding my bottle from April this year a little boring. I am going back to Katarina for my Peach vape. Katarina has more depth to it for me.

My theory is that the new Moonlight Serenade is the peach created for use in Katarina. It's a nice juice, I like it, but it's not the Moonlight Serenade I love. Maybe they thought they could just sneak something in and we'd never notice? I think I need to let them know otherwise.

    $20 for a 30ml bottle? $38 for 60 mls? Sheesh. :nah:

Sorry, but at those prices I'll have to look for another vendor. What a disappointment! :grr:

And here I thought I'd found my vendor for life. :(
Jingles is right after the log in pricing comes back down.
