I am in deep denial about the whole she-bang. :(:-x

I guess it's time to make some really HUGE juice and equipment purchases . . .
El...For the over two years I've been here it's been more than frustrating at the lack of interest in calls to action.
Wednesday I got an email from CASAA and the membership has just now reached 100k..Come on now. There's way more than 100k vapers in the US.
But, I did my part once again. And vapers are rallying. A bit late though this being the 11th hour.

Harrumph. :glare: I want the whole 35% off, danggit! :D

I was happy to have a sale and used my coupon to order Strawberry Sunset and Sapphire. Asked for Pure Apple as my sample. Can you believe I only ordered 2 60mls! Lol. Finally starting to get the hang of this smaller orders since the shipping is always free now. :)

I'm really not feeling Procyon; it's one of the very few Ahl juices I just don't care for. I've steeped it for almost eight weeks.. It's not that I hate it; I just don't know what it is I'm tasting. I'm barely getting any cherry and I'm not sure if im getting any whiskey. Maybe my tastebuds are just broken.

Blame that sub-ohming madness. Don't get mad--send them a note. That's what I do. I wrote to Kanger, for instance, complaining bitterly that their new Subtank is only suitable for sub-ohm vaping and that many of us are MTL people. They actually responded and told me that they will forward my email to their engineers. And guess what--a few months later they tweaked the Subtank. I realize that it wasn't just my email, but other vapers must have complained also. They listen. They want to sell stuff.

If you find a juice you'd like to try but it's all or high VG only--send them an email.

(better a late response rather than never respond. I mostly lurk)

Thank you Katy, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU and anyone else who sent feedback.

I was concerned that sub ohm was the only future ('cept DIY builds) so I began ordering extra 1.8 ohm atomizers for my Protank IIs.

I think the vaping hobbyists want to show off their hobby so they do anything to increase the size and thickness of their clouds. I was in a local vape shop recently and after about 30-40 minutes I had to go outside for fresh air and clear visibility.
I'm glad it wasn't 'smoke' for sure but it could have set of the fire suppression system.

I still think the building of mods and modding your own coils is the hobby, not vaping. your results may vary .

So I finally read that the Subtank Mini included 1.5 ohm units and 0.5s so the newer atomizers are available separate in 1.8.

'Cept I don't own a Subtank yet. Still only PTIIs

While I generally stick to 50/50 and lately 70/30 because I have been vaping at higher wattages I do like to see choices even if I don't use them. I do sub ohm but it is not for clouds or to be cool. I used to Mtl 24mg at 11 watts to help me stop smoking. I now vape 3mg at 70 to 100 watts out of a Smok tfv4 with quad coils and 35 to 40 watts out of a Subtank mini and find it a more satisfying vape and am able to drastically lower my nic level. This will help get me to 0 faster which is my goal. I also find it gives better flavor as I am more of a flavor chaser than a cloud chaser. My style isn't for everyone but it works for me. Not all of us sub ohm peeps are all about the clouds and showing off ;-)

We got about eight kids. Boy, I miss the days of marauding monsters parading up and down the streets.
It's all Halloween parties and stuff now. Completely organized for their safety.

People in my apartment building who have candy post their apartment #s on a list downstairs -- usually around 20. We don't have a lot of kids in the building but they team up with their friends and they can do our building and the friends' buildings and get a huge haul in a very short time. Trick or treating is very efficient in Manhattan. :D

We had all of four kids come to our house for trick-or-treating last night. I think it's still a big thing in Martinez, but we live on a small circle at the top of a steep hill, so not many make the hike. From the deck, we can see all the groups walking around the streets below, though.

We got over a hundred. I couldn't believe there were that many out in the rain. A couple of the parents said their kids would not let them stay in. I guess the lesson is, Don't get between a kid and their candy. LOL Last year we had huge groups on trailers. They would stop and it would be like an invasion. This year it was just lines of cars. Almost like a traffic jam. We got 10 inches of rain and they still came out. It was amazing.

so did I. I live out in the boonies, not a lot of trick or treating age kids. Heck, if someone showed up at my front door, my dogs would bark nasty and my front door is blocked with business workings so I can't even get to it! Friends we like, UPS, etc. know to come to the back door. Heck, I could take my teeth out, grab the shotgun, and yell "Git off my lawn!". LOL! I wouldn't really do that, or would I?

But I do remember as a kid going out for hours, bringing home bag after bag of candy. Ain't like that anymore.

Lmao.. Two peas in a pod. I think when I was a kid it was really fun because being from a small town everyone knew everyone. It was hard to fool anyone. I hated it when all the neighbors would say, " now wonder who you are", knowing full well they knew costume or not...lol
