I've sent the request for a new password many times, and no response yet. And I'm using Firefox on my computer.
I can wait.
Same here, also Firefox on my Android phone.
Click "forgot my password" and then you will get an email to 'reset password'
Request sent, no reply yet. No hurry here, I placed (and received) 2 orders before the switch started.

Hey everyone, I know Wlad has been working on the new site all day yesterday, and today too. If you get a "Forbidden " error, that means he has the site down behind the scenes, at that time. He's trying his best to get things functioning correctly for everyone, so keep trying when you can.

ETA: Still working on the free Michigan shipping & it should be back tomorrow, or Tuesday.

Thanks for the updates, Tyleris. I haven't been able to log in yet, although I did get the reset password link. I clicked on it, but get error messages when I try to log in. I guess I'll just hold tight and try again later, tomorrow, the next day, as long as it takes! I'm not in a hurry for any juice, but I do want to be sure I can get in eventually!

And @Poeia , you might not have lost your progress toward gold. It seemed to me that it was after around a year that most people got it. It was for me. After July, you may want to send an email and ask about it. They might go in and add that manually for you.

I've been hoping Wlad won't discontinue offering gold member status to new converts too. I've got quite a long wait ahead of me since I placed my first order on 12/31/2015, but it would be lovely to know that is still an option. I'm providing feedback for every juice I've ordered. Thanks to all of you who clued me in on the benefits of providing feedback!!

Still don't have my gold status back. I did the "contact us" thing through the website and asked about it. I haven't heard back yet, although I am sure they are busy! Kind of strange that yesterday I could see the gold prices, even though they didn't transfer into my cart. Today, I am not even seeing the gold prices. Hmm-maybe I haven't ordered enough juice in the past year..

Yeah I had the exact same thing happen to me too...could see the gold price yesterday, but would't show up in my cart, and now it doesn't show at all. I'm still holding off on my order until they get all the kinks out.

Yes, I love Limelight and am actually vaping it right now...I definitely would not get it sweetened...can't answer about the breeze because I hate any form of mint or menthol in my vape, but I know some like to get a little because they say it brings out the fruity taste even more. So I guess that would just depend on your personal preference.

Limelight is one of my standards. I like sour and minty, so I get unsweetened with lots of mint. Very refreshing!

I still haven't gotten an email to reset my password, and I requested it so many times that I must be on AHL's "Ignore" by now!

Good news and bad news! First the good: I got a nice response from Ally and my gold status has been restored! She basically said that some of the accounts the gold status didn't transfer right and she had to go in and manually restore it. Yeah!
Now the bad news: The discount code for the weekend is no longer valid. Not a big surprise since it's not the weekend anymore. I wonder if there will be less sales since they are doing this new rewards thing..hmm..

Thanks for the scoop on Limelight. I've had my eye on that one. I think I'd like the breeze option with it.

Bummer about the discount code. I sure hope they keep doing lots of sales. Especially since we can't get the 10 ml bottles anymore.

I believe the migration to the new web site requires you to reset your pw since your old pw will no longer work. Bingo a quick automatic email for Lost Password and a reset to the same pw did the trick. Rather common place with a major migration like this.

As soon as I placed a custom juice (NOT ELITE) in my cart, a pop up appeared automatically for my free 10ML sample.
