Thanks for the updates, Tyleris. I haven't been able to log in yet, although I did get the reset password link. I clicked on it, but get error messages when I try to log in. I guess I'll just hold tight and try again later, tomorrow, the next day, as long as it takes! I'm not in a hurry for any
juice, but I do want to be sure I can get in eventually!

@Poeia , you might not have lost your progress toward gold. It seemed to me that it was after around a year that most people got it. It was for me. After July, you may want to send an email and ask about it. They might go in and add that manually for you.
