Have you looked into designs for turbine blades?

Yeah, the problem is they take up space, makes the mod to big IMO.

Have had a couple people tell me that, but then I would have to go to supplier status, and I dont want to do that!

Very surprised how well the 3d print came out. I haven't had much luck with ponoko, ended up getting completely messed up prints when trying to do small detail stuff. May just be the material I used though, the stuff that is UV cured. Out of curiosity, which material are you using for these prints?

I used the black detailed plastic. Your mesh object needs to have detail in order to get you object to come out smooth.
