I use the condom ring method myself. It has the added feature of making it harder for the batteries to fall out of my lanyard. Also makes them roll on a circle rather than off the edges of things.

Hi all, would you believe, I've lost another battery? This time one of my new black diamond shorties with green leds. Lost at ice rink, unlikely to be seen again. Grrr
And, computer crashed for good this time. As in; "no operating system found" and "no Hard drive".
Currently typing on DD's tiny notebook, goodness knows who likes these things@! Need proper computer now.
Provbably mostly off line until I buy new computer & get it set up. After 3 x critical crashes in 6 months, had enough.
