Al85 shutting down

Hi everyone

Sorry if this has been asked before. I have looked on google for the answer. I have just picked up a pre loved al85. I am used to smok mods but never come across this before. After using it once the mod completely shuts down and I have to go through the 5 clicks and new coil question to take my next pull. Is this normal is is there some wrong with mod/battery etc?

Probably an electronic issue. Maybe you can try a cleaning and inspection tho. Remove battery and inspect and clean the contacts. Then clean the post area where the atty connects. Push gently on that post to see if the spring loaded feature works ok. Then check the atty at the connection post to see that it's clean and not wobbly. Try a new coil or another tank.

Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Any Smok distributor---see if they will advise (any authorized distributor).

Thanks I think it was a battery issue. It seems to do it when the battery is half empty
