Hopefully someone can help me!

I just bought a mini alien smok and I am thinking I made a mistake with my battery!

So I bought it before I came back out to Dubai and now I am here until September, am all stocked up on ejuice, coils etc.

When I bought it I was told it would be best to get a battery charger but as I was leaving that day for the airport I didn't have time to get one, now since I have been here I have been charging it through the device like I used to on my old old (it was a built in battery) but the battery is getting drained, it doesn't last for even 4 hours to be honest and as soon as I plug it in it shoots straight up to 100% charged (but when I unplug it it's still dead) So I know something is off with the battery or how I am charging it!

My parents are coming out at the end of the month so I need to buy a few batteries and a battery charger for them to bring out, does anyone know what battery I should be using for the mini and what charger I should get? I have been online on the Vape Club to order it and there are so many different sizes for both I am so confused!!

Thank you :)

Don't know anything about the mod but xtar makes some good chargers. People like luc and efest to. Stay away from 're wrap batteries and only buy authentic brands like Sony, LG, Samsung from trusted sources like imrbatteries, liion. Check your manual to see recommend battery specs. If you don't have one smok should have it on their website

Never heard of a mini alien smok, but have heard of the smok AL85.

You didn't say what battery you're using?
Or the power range you normally vape.

The AL85 instructions say to use a cell with a 25a CDR.
    Sony vtc5A (must be A)
LG hd2, or LG hd2c, or LG hd4
Could use LG hb series 30a cdr 1500mah.

Xtar, efest luc, nitecore all make decent chargers.

Thanks guys! Really? Not sure if that's the real name... It's the mini version of the smok AL85 so only has one battery! I'm vaping at 60 watts.

I think I found the issue, the electricity in my apartment here seems to be too powerful, makes a high pitch noise when I plug things in... Must be destroying my battery! Just plugged it into my laptop and it's charging normally.

Anyway I ordered some Efest batteries & the battery charger as I guess it's better to charge the batteries separately

The AL85 is the one battery version of the Smoke Alien so I'm sure that's what you have. I have one myself and love it but they are very power hungry. You need strong batteries like the ones suggested and even then you won't get more than a few hours out of each one. I recommend having at least 4 batteries and ideally 8 with a 4 bay charger. That will give the batteries time to rest between charging and discharging cycles.

Thank you! There is one that has 2 batteries in at a time but I went for the smaller one. This makes sense, I will stock up on some more batteries and make sure I have them with me in case I run out :)
