Hey All: Received my First order from Alien Visions E-juice. Got a bottle of the Famous Boba’s Bounty! First impression it’s a decent ejuice. Nice Vapor decent Throat Hit in the Right Device! And Great after Taste! Honestly I thought I was going to find something so Great it would Knock Me Back from what others have said about it but for what it’s worth it is a Very Decent ejuice I’m sure it will be a Daily Vapor for me but so will my Mass Menthol from My Freedom Smokes! The Menthol is still Tops on my list as an Ex-Camel Filter Smoker. I started the Boba’s in one of my Mini Vivi Nova’s I like how it Hits & Tastes in the Mini Vivi Nova! 4.2 watts on my eGo Twist. I dripped in my VMOD and like how it hits too so I loaded up the tank to work it while heading out and about. I will say I like Boba’s Better then the Honey Badger Blue from Vapor Phoenix. I reported I liked the Honey Badger Blue the Boba’s will be on My list of regulars above the Honey Badger Blue!

I also received the Gorilla Juice now this has got some nice hints of fruity flavors maybe banana very interesting very pleasant I like this! A little less tobacco flavor then the Boba’s but it is growing on me! These two flavors are Very interesting as I have been looking for a good replacement for Camel filters these two have enough flavor, Vapor and throat hit that I believe will keep me satisfied! I have three other flavors from Aliens I have yet to try one being their Gamel the Camel flavor from them I will report on it later when I have had time to work with it. I also got their Massive Chocolate Mint and Strawberry Cooler will report on them as well! I had been trying to order from Aliens for a couple weeks my order would never go through then I saw info on them having some credit fraud problems. I finally got my order in Monday via credit and received the order this morning. Please remember that my thoughts on their flavors are Just My 13cents worth you may find your tastes different!

I just got my AV order today as well and am vaping the famous Boba's Bounty.

I filled a cheapo CE4 (bought a box of them when I got my first eGo battery) to test it out, see if I like it.....if so I'll fill my Kanger with it.

Impressions: Smooth throat hit, much smoother than the Sweet Virginia I've been vaping. The taste and aroma is fine.A little sweet, kinda hard to identify what it is...warm, maybe some vanilla in there. Nothing that blew my socks off and made me wonder where it's been all this time. I can see the appeal, but I'm undecided if it's for me or not. I'll vape up this CE4 tonight and into tomorrow morning. Everybody's tastes are different.

I tend to prefer tobacco flavors. I tried several samples at first and settled on Sweet Virginia as my daily. It's excellent but I'm wanting just a hint of flavor....I have some RY4 coming from SI on Monday.

Just a bit of helpful advice for potential Boba's fans: A VV/VW device is almost a prerequisite for exploring all the different flavor profiles this juice offers. Experiment liberally. Also (assuming you get a fresh batch), it tends to be honey-sweet at first, with the tobacco notes really signing in at around the 5-day mark. I personally like it best after it's steeped for a couple of weeks.

Don't let that stop you from vaping it while it's steeping, though. Part of the fun with Boba's for me is letting my taste buds witness the transformation in progress as it matures.

I got my first batch of BB today as well. So far I like it, though it must be a new batch as the honey flavor is definitely dominate.

Yep, that's a sure sign of a fresh batch. Once the juice is well-steeped, the honey flavor will remain but only as a complimentary note to the other flavors present.

Ooooooh, wait. Just you wait. I was like "meh" when I tried it the first time. Then I got a 12 mL bottle. That lasted me, oh, about 24 hours. I've never had a brain bug juice burrow so deep into my skull. I don't know how it happened, why it happened, or for what reason, but holy freakin' crap I can't stop vaping it.

I'm just as confused myself...

If anyone knows my juice post history, you'd know butterscotch reigned supreme. Boba's not only knocked it out of first place, but slew its sons and daughters that none may live...

Very interesting! I’ve tried a couple different devices and it seems the Vivi Nova on an eGo Twist at 4volts is giving me the best Flavor and Throat Hit and now that it has been pointed out that it is Honey Flavor that I’ve been having a hard time describing I'm getting a better sense of the boba's workings! This is the first more complex tobacco flavor I’ve experienced! I’ve been Vaping Camel Desert Ship, Virginia, Virginia Fire Cured & Turbosmog in my devices. It seems the more I’m Vaping Boba’s the more I’m liking it! I’m looking forward to it steeping!

First of all, to be that guy, punctuation is your friend. What I mean by that is proper punctuation. I am not sure you are a native English speaker, but that was tough to get through. To be honest, I didn't even get through all of it.

Anyway, I was not wowed by BB at at first, but it was still good. I then tried it again with it's cousin Gorilla Juice. I must say, GJ is one of my favorites. It is really close to Boba's, but up to you to try.

I agree Gorilla Juice is one of my favorite juices so far. Just received Bee's Knees along with blueberry crunch and Christy's Cappacino so far the GJ is still my favorite however CC is really close. Bee's Knees so far is meh and I haven't tried the Blueberry Crunch yet but I have hope.

Butterscotch.....that's the flavor I was looking for.....I've been making TollHouse Oatmeal Scotchies lately and that's the flavor/aroma I was picking up in BB....I took a sniff of my cookie jar and bingo.....

I'll let the BB steep for a week. I've got a 555 sampler to try and my RY4 is coming Monday.

Well OK Rocketpunk, I thought it was just me. My first impression wasn’t that great of Boba’s but it sure has grown on me and in just 24 hours!

Like you Chowderhead72 I like the Gorilla Juice too I actually liked the Blend of flavors more then Boba’s but the Tobacco Flavor in Boba’s suits me more! Aliens sure has a lot of unique flavors I would like to try more but I have so many now from different vendors I need to go through. And what is this “meh” I see a number of you folks using?

Thanks for opinion on the juices McGargnagle it flows with what others are saying. You didn’t make it clear with whom you were speaking of but I really don’t think these forums are a place to be criticizing ones writing skills! You may want to give that some thought! Don’t be That Guy!

Thanks Rocketpunk! I have never heard it used before? Is it a TV thing from the Simpsons? I’m not much of a TV Guy except for movies I’ve never heard my Girls use it either? At least now I know how it's used. Its Been in the back of my mind trying to place it.

Steeping Boba’s really seems to be the thing. Only recently I’ve learned of steeping our eJuices. It seems it’s essential to getting the best flavor from some of them? So Ohio Points how do you steep your Boba’s if you don’t mind me asking? Is there anything different or special in doing so? As a Newb I would like to make sure I’m doing it properly! I’m 30 hours into Vaping Boba’s and as the hours go by I pick up more on it complexity! You just can’t beat the Vivi Nova’s for Consistency Vaping!

Boba's Bounty from AVE is pretty good stuff. I used to vape it a lot, but eventually got tired of it. Or maybe I was just curious about other offerings from other e-liquid suppliers? I seem to just have to change my go to e-liquid flavor and manufacturer every once and awhile. I guess almost any flavor gets old for me after awhile, no matter how good it is. Boba's Bounty, as with many (though cetainly not all) e-liquids certainly gets better after steeping for awhile. About a week of steeping time should be sufficient to get a better experience from it. I've found this to be the case with Halo and Vaperite's e-juices as well. Both of those I recommend you check out if you haven't already. (Halo's Freedom Juice or Vaperite's Organic APV - both tobacco flavors.)

It's interesting to me that I seem to get bored of any flavor e-liquid after a few months, no matter who makes it, and then I have to move on to something else, or something old, tried and true. I never really did this when I was smoking analog cigarettes, except for financial reasons, or due to an availability issue. Has anyone else had that issue? I recently went back to AVE's website, and have done so repeatedly, but sadly they are having some issues there. Apparently the owner, or whoever runs the operation, is in ill health. So the website is often closed, which is kind of strange and rather frustrating, as I really want to try Boba's Bounty again on my newer ECHO e-cigarette gear - which I'm generally liking quite a bit compared to my old m401 series equipment.

Hopefully things will get better for AVE during this difficult time. I'll have to shop elsewhere for something new. Has anyone tried any of the Nicopure line of e-liquids? I'm interested in their tobacco flavors, especially their Black Diamond flavor e-liquid.
