I have a question for you daily Reo Mini users out there. I just ordered my first Reo, a mini, and I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering a second. I've been carrying two egos on me for two years now. I just have to have a tobacco and a menthol on me at all times, and, of course, it's an easy way to ensure I get all day vaping without worrying about batteries. So while I wait impatiently for my mini to arrive I'm reading around about them as much as I can. It sounds like the mini uses 2-3 battery discharges going through the 3ml bottle. I figure I'm going through about 2.5ml a day in my egos. What I'm wondering is would a pair of minis keep me on my schedule of having a day of vaping without worrying about batteries? Do any of you Reonauts do it like this? Thanks!

Hi NaOH! Welcome to Reovil! I know more experienced ReoNauts will chime in soon. For me, I've had to change out my batteries half way through the day and at the end of the day. I go through about 2-2 1/2 mil a day. So I would say if you have 2 min's going, you should make it through the day. Hope this helps out. And I love my Reo!

I leave the house, with rare exception, with two REOs. I, also, carry an extra carto, and, if it's going to be a long day, some extra batteries. Reasons..... using the Smoke Tech cartos, it is not unusual to collapse a spring with those and you never know when an atty or carto will die or short which sometimes results in a spring collapse. I go through about four 14500 batteries per 3 ml. I use 1.5-1.7 atty/cartos so they use up batteries faster.

If you use breakable DTs, re. Pyrex, Cherryvape Pawns/Mings, and such, and can't stand doing "tail pipe" (no DT) then carrying an extra DT is a good habit. Maybe throw a cheap-o, small plastic or delrin DT in with spare batteries.

BTW... I left the house once, with only one REO, big one with 18650 battery, no back-up battery, atty/carto, etc.... The battery I had put in before leaving house was one that needed charging. Luckily I was headed to airport to pick up DH so I used his on the drive home. Taught me a lesson.

Hope this helps.

Welcome, NaOH! :)
I take two mods with me no matter where I go. One is always a mini. The other might be a mini or an 18490. Having two mods with me assures me that if something goes wrong with one...I have a backup with parts. The other benefit for me is that I am not a fan of vaping only one flavor during the day. I do pack extra batteries just in case...but I know I don't "need" to. :)

Typically I leave the house with my Mini and 2x extra battery's. a spare atty, a spare carto and an ego battery w/booster all in an ego carry case. That's what I leave the house with daily.

Generally all 3 battery's will last me throughout the day as well as the juice in the mini (as long as its topped off in the morning). I also sometimes carry an extra 3ml bottle of juice when I am not staying local.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! This all sounds on point with my expectations. Even with my two egos I do carry an extra pair of batteries and a little triage kit. No big deal since I carry a backpack to work. I think the one thing I'll have to watch out for are nights/days out without the backpack of goodies at hand. I'll say the one area I've been spoiled is battery life, having the super big ultra mega ego batteries (1200 mAh?). It was nice knowing I'd get 2 days out of a pair of them in case I ended up out and about without my stuff.

Besides my little triage kit, what I do carry sans a backpack at all times is the ego carrying case (the one that is obviously a repurposed sunglasses case), and since the big batteries came out and the egos stopped fitting, it became my juice/atty/tank carrier. I bet this would hold extra batteries nicely since I won't be carrying anymore ego tanks and atties.

Well again, thank you guys for the great information. Good to hear from you dual-carriers; one juice throughout the day just isn't enough!

Welcome, and I think two would do the trick for you.

At first the REO-factor will come into play and you will vape 2-3X more than you did with any other mod :D
I vaped 1-2 ml with egos and cartos before my first grand. Then it jumped right up to 5-6 for the first couple of months.
Now I'm settled in at almost 3 ml exactly every day.

But once you settle into a groove I would think two should. get you all day.

A double-a sized battery box will carry a battery and a standard length cartomizer. - If I know I'm only going to be out for 8 hours or less, all I carry is just what fits in a double-a box.

I actually use a carto on my reo mini most of the time, but I carry a battery and a 306 atty in the box. I only use one flavor when I'm at work or wherever. - You said you need two flavors with you, so I'm thinking if you have a full carto in the box with your spare batt, then you can switch your other flavor on without needing to squonk it.
