I did a search for this, but didn't find anything.

I know all about vapor's tongue and I really don't think that is my problem. I have experienced loss of one flavor, but never for all of them. For about the past 2 weeks the flavors of my vape are very muted. Even when I exhale through my nose, there is very little flavor. I have tried different flavors and suppliers, but no change. I drink plenty of fluids and brush my tongue daily. Menthol has become my new normal because I can still sense it.

Any ideas?

I've found there's such a thing as oversteeping. A lot of my older juices taste like nothing or are just plain nasty now that they've been sitting around for 4 months.

I hope that's not true I won't be able to get around to all my juice for at least 9 months

Did you try dripping? Does it make any difference? You could also try vaping unflavored for a while, since you can't taste it anyway. They say that inhaling the scent of a bag of strong coffee beans 'resets' your taste buds, but I've never tried it myself. Also was there any difference in the way the juice was kept? Like from a dark to a really light place, high temperature swings and what not? Not sure if such things can suddenly alter the flavor, but the more info, the merrier.

I've had this happen a couple times now. Once was from a juice that was extremely perfumy. Seemed like it just kind of killed my taste buds for a couple days. I tried all the tricks, drinking tons of water, brushing my tongue, mouth wash, sniffing coffee grounds. Nothing worked. After a couple days my sense of taste came back. Another, more persisting problem, is because I switched to dripping. I can't taste a damn thing out of a tank anymore. Literally nothing.

I'm in the same boat, I can't taste anything either. I'm only using a Kanger Mini Protank and ego battery so some have suggested I should invest in some better equipment. I'm convinced my taste buds are never going to recover though :(.

Yeah, it happens. I keep 9 different flavors tanked and ready to go. I've gone through all of them on occation when nothing tastes good. I do however keep a tank with Al's Toid in it. It's strong flavor tends to give my taste buds the shock they need, sometimes. Good luck

That has got to taste better than Al's Roid

I am going to try to go back to my original setup (an evod style tank) with a new jar of the original e-liquid and see if that changes anything. I am wondering if it is me, my mini protank 2 (with 1 wick removed - no change in flavor), or my e-liquid supplier.

All of my e-liquids are stored at room temperature in a drawer with no exposure to light. Some of them are new and some are older ones that I didn't like the flavor of. I have put in new atomizers with no change in flavor.

I had the exact same thing happen for about 2 or 3 weeks. I tried all the remedies and nothing seemed to help. Very frustrating. It just seemed to go way on it's own this past weekend. I don't believe it was anything I did. Hopefully it will go away for you as well. Thinking about it....I did start adding more sweetner to my juices but I don't think that fixed it. Just a thought.

If your tank uses replaceable heads, that is probably the problem. Replacement heads are junk IME. But I've never used the sweet stuff & menthol. I only vape tobacco, coffee, café mocha, and mixes of the 3 together.

Do you rebuild the stock heads or use mods with bigger coils?

I rebuilt heads at first. Then had bad luck with a KF clone and bought an authentic Russian 91%. Best purchase I've made since I started vaping. Some people are swearing up & down how good the clones are, but mine wasn't. I'll only get authentic stuff from now on, but that's just me.

I don't believe that the atomizers are the issue. The tanks I used when I started vaping (EVOD) had replaceable atomizers. The vape had a very noticeable flavor at that time.

I just ordered 30ml of the first e-liquid I ever vaped. I am going to put it in the first tank I ever vaped from. If there is good flavor, I will know it is an equipment problem. If the flavor is still faint, I will know it is me. It will be trial and error from that point on.
