Okay, so this isn't cool in the slightest....

I ordered new flavors..apple pie to be specific...tasted really...really good so I vaped for about an hour before switching flavors...all is good right....uh...WRONG...seriously wrong!!!! Woke up the next morning and my mouth hurt so freak'in bad. Tongue and inside of mouth is so raw I can't even eat food let alone vape....It's been three days now....ever so slowly getting better but painfully slowly getting better. I haven't vaped since apple pie. I need nicotine! I need to vape! It's like having thresh in the mouth without the thresh but all the pain instead. OMG....
I've come to the conclusion it's the cinnamon in the apple pie flavor that did me in. Never again will I vape anything with cinnamon! Well the upside of this most painful experience...at least I'll lose a few pounds from the lack of eating!!!!!

Soooo not happy right now. Only thing that makes my mouth feel better is cold water/drinks. Not ice cold, that just hurts. I feel like sticking my tongue in a cup of water and leaving it there....I wanna cry....and vape.....need nicotine.....:(

Probably not the flavor. How much nicotine, what is the base (how much PG, VG) and how much did you vape?

Nicotine is a skin irritant. PG does little to buffer it so in 100% PG nicotine has the most TH, flavor and irritation.
VG is thick, dulls flavor and TH and buffers the irritation (and makes more visible vapor)

Try 70pg/30vg juices and 50/50 juices to see which you like. In extreme cases someone might need 100% VG
And if you are using excessive nicotine (like over 24mg) consider using less

And yeah - I've heard cinnamon can be rough. So maybe it is the cinnamon. But it can also be other things I listed and it can be a cumulative effect.

For now, you can get Humco brand USP Glycerin from the pharmacy dept of Walmart (near the rubbing alcohol) and cut your juice with some of that. Humco says theirs is all vegetable based so that is VG. You could also look in a health food store for 100% Vegetable Glycerin. You could also see if you can get an empty eyedrops bottle from a pharmacist or any container and an eyedropper for mixing your juice in.

When my mother started vaping her tongue was really red and blotchy. It definitely doesn't sound as bad as yours does but it was sore. For her, it went away after a few days. Cinnamon can be super strong too. I know I had cinna bomb and my lips were numb. It was really too intense for me. Others really love it.

That's a good idea, trying a little on your arm.

Can I ask where you bought the apple pie juice?
Could be a particular flavor vendor that disagrees with you.
I'd contact them and ask them what flavorings they are using in their juice, Loranns, etc.

Do you drink tea?
If I recall correctly, tea is soothing to mouth sores.
When I was very young I'd get boils in my mouth. We'd get these tiny tea bags for me to put on it.
I don't remember the name of the product.
Be careful if you try that, don't make it worse.
Hope you are feeling better soon.

I would love to try some apple pie. Where can I get it? I am new to this and dont know much. I bought a 21st centrury and hated the cartridges with the separate atomizer. So I started buying the cartomizers. They are good, but its not much cheaper than buying analogs. I am looking to buy a new starter set and am curious which one I should buy. Any ideas? I am looking at one from www.vaperscorner.com but its a bit pricey for me if I dont like it...oh, and I want a pink one...lol. I have looked at the Riva 510 and it comes in pink, but it looks like its a bit bigger around than an analog. Which would be fine, I just want to make sure its what I want.

Can't you buy cartomizers and refill them to fit your 21st century?

V4L has a kr808 which is what is in that picture and I guess it's about the same price.

The riva isn't bigger but it's fatter. Probably not as attractive as the KR808 if that's what your looking for. On the plus side the batteries last a really long time, like 8 hours. I just ordered a pink one for someone. The pink isn't the same shade as the one from Vaperscorner, at least not from the picture. The Riva is a more hot, bright pink.

Vapor Bomb has apple pie. I've never tried it but I like their juice.
