But I am reading you saying you get headaches and your lungs hurt and it reminds me of when I first started smoking. If I had to do over I would never smoke but hindsight is 20/20.

not really, I started off with an Ego and CE4 atty at a whopping 5W... plus my lungs were fried from 43 yrs of smoking Kool Filter Kings... Im now doing 36 nic at 55W and very addicted to the nic ( but I always have been from smoking) and I still spend a fortune on vaping, altho not as much as smoking... every once in a while when I take a big hit off the vape in the morning, I cough and choke for several minutes until the burning goes away... but thats the price I pay to get my nic

If you want to vape I would try some 50/50 at least some people report to much VG gives them pains in chest. Also could just take a hit hold it in mouth then exhale don't take it into your lungs.
