I've been using my BB for the past week now and I'm in love 
The only problem with the BB was the switch, had to push really hard to get it to vape. So, I called Rob, told him the situation and he replaced it right away
.
Now, the switch is so much smoother and very light to the touch- I'm a happy man!
As for service? TOP NOTCH! Quality? Excellent! Keep up the great work guys!

Lets see... I waffled for a couple of days trying to decide if I wanted a SB or BB and PT or not. Sent emails and PMs asking all the questions that I found out were already covered in detail on the forum. Rob answered everything anyway. Haha, never once said "it's all been covered a thousand times already right here".
Ordered my BB and PT evening of the 17th. Got a *phone call* from Rob on the morning of the 18th with "we're out of 510 atomizers but I can substitute 901s now and send 510s later". Everything arrives in my mail box on the 20th! This borders on scary fast -- twilight zone fast. SImply Outstanding.
Of course the product quality and performance is just excellent (has been covered a thousand times right here)

I gotta say...
I made a simple small order ( couple of 510 batt to 801/901 adapters ) nothing major.
But I realized after the fact I needed a 901 atty since I never technically ever tried/owned one before.
After my order alrdy went through I didn't really wanna pay for double shipping cost just for one single atty. Figured I'd w8 til I made a substantially larger order then include the 901 atty to the order.
But after receiving my E-Mail from AltSmokes w/ my confirmation # I figured I'd try asking to have a 901 atty thrown in if possible w/ my order. I didn't expect it to happen but figured, meh, It won't hurt to ask.
Well my order arrived today & came w/ the 901 included....
I know I thanked you in E-Mails alrdy Rob but figured I'd give ya some recognition here at ECF as well.

My first vaping experience was with the purple BB that I ordered a month ago.
Since I received it in the mail , charged the batteries and used it for the first time I knew I was done with analogs forever! A few weeks later I had to get the SB.
I love them both. I ordered my SB on a Friday around noon, so I was excited and expecting possible monday or tues I would receive it...I got it the very next day!!!! SUPER DUPER fast shipping

Gonna be hard to tell Hank from the new guy....Hank has no scratches or dings...I've pampered him to death. I'm sure i will get them mixed up...like one of those hospitals that gives out the wrong babies... Lordy..what am i going to do

Rob and the whole team at Altsmoke is awesome. I absolutely love my Silver Bullet - on my first order my first impression was wow, great packaging. Everything wrapped nicely in bubble wrap, and even the attys and carts were in nice packaging. I ordered some stuff from another website once (for some stuff that altsmoke did not carry) and not only did they send me the wrong order, but the boxes inside were all smushed and looked like it was packaged by a 2 year old with cheap foreign products. Their juice was, lets say, grade C-. Back to Altsmoke, their USA juices are splendid and artfully packaged in nice brown glass dropper bottles that you can re-use. Then there's the super-speedy reply e-mails, and fast shipping. Custumer service doesn't get any better than this. I haven't had any problems, but I am sure if I did, Robert would fix it right away, no questions asked. I will be doing business with them for as long as I am vaping, and give them a solid A+++. The good word of their service and products convinced me to buy a silver bullet, or at least I think I did, as I didn't get so much as a confirmation email from their system that I actually placed an order.
Nope, after I ordered, I left the site figuring it would be in my email. I'll have to stop by the bank tomorrow, see if it was charged. Perhaps it didn't go through for some reason, now it did give me the option to checkout without making an account there, which is what I did, checkout as a guest.
Worst case, I'll just have to reorder, but I don't want to do that till I'm sure it didn't go through, much as I want to buy the silver bullet, I don't need two of em

SB arrived today, vrr nice! Am enjoying it quite a bit. Quality product all around, highly recommend it for anyone else using standard 510s or such, and looking for something more substantial. Now if only China will send me my batteries and charger!
Just dealt with Rob on an atty issue and he was very accomodating, considering the weird issue I had/have.
