I ordered a BSB and on the e-mail receipt it said SB silver. I immediately emailed back and asked for the black.
Then I went to the web site and sent another e-mail on the ask for help thing.
I've received know replies from either e-mails.
Today in the mail I received a SB silver.
I couldn't for some reason get to my personal information on the web site.( I kept getting a blank screen.
It took several tries to order.

Good Service From AltSmoke​

I received my Silver Bullet Black today. There was a mix up about a week back and I was sent a Silver Bullet Silver instead. The hallmark of their success is good service and a superior product.
Once my compliant was known they were ready to make it right. They even through in a little extra, a black velveteen bag to carry the BBS in, and a few samples of their alt-fuel.
Anyone can make a mistake, maybe they had a lot on their plate at the time with the vapefest and all going on at the time. They made good on my order and I’m happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from AltSmoke.

I am a newbie too, and just want to share my two cents:

I've ordered several adapters from them, they always ship and arrive within 48 hours, and the last shipment, they threw in a freebie, an atomizer I didn't order! I really appreciate it, or maybe they just knew I was going to need it from the adapters I was ordering, 4 in total! I think they rock.

P.S. Forgot to add that I have many of their business cards now and will be handing them out when people ask where to go for the products. I think we all should do that when happy with a vendor.

I got an email on the 8th with a tracking no. saying it was shipped. I was like SWEEEEET!! And today Sat the 10th I received it... AWESOME service, shipping and he threw in 4 samples for e-liquid.. Damn it, that Cigar flavor tastes good...

I keep looking at the battery charger to see it their done charging.. cant wait to use my new SB!

Lights still red.. dang it!

Those batts can take up to 6 hours to charge, don't watch it it WILL take longer to charge.

I dropped my BB on concrete and the powder coating got a couple of nicks in it. Is that covered under the warranty?

Got my BB yesterday, I had a problem with the spring, so I stretched it. When I did I think I screwed it up. What did AltSmoke do, they told me not to worry about it they are sending me a whole new unit and i'm to return this one. WOW that says it all about these guys.

Got my BB two days ago, and my first mod. Did a lot of research and chose this device as my primary. Hope to get the SB next.

Considering this vendor was in the process of moving (with all the headaches that entails) the shipping was super fast, emails answered, and even got a freebie with my order.

BB is a great device and thanks to all those on ECF who recommended Altsmoke. They really did back up the talk with great service. Nice to have a primary and reliable vendor and hope they get in the blank 510 cartos sometime.

Have not tried their juice yet. Any recommendations or comments to this regard?

Well, what can I say?
I got my SB today and that was super fast shipping... Went out Monday and got it Weds..
I slowly and carefully took the Black pouch out of the bubble bag it was in, opened it up and looking at this shiney, SB as I slowly took it out.. I was amazed at the mirror like shine and thought to myself, 'glad I didn't get Black!'..
I grabbed the battery, opened the SB and slid in the battery. Closed it up, put on an atty, pushed the button... What????
Why???? I couldn't believe what just happened... Is this true?? Nooooooooooooooooooooo....
I was soooo upset about this whole situation.. Here I am paying, to me, a lot of money and it just, HUH?????? BLEW MY MIND!!!
I almost hit the floor.... I mean, I should have gotten this a long time ago!
The button was like silk, the vapor I got was AWESOME!!! I am in HEAVEN with my New SB!!!

AltSmoke has gone above and beyond in helping me out with my problem. I lost my BB overboard when fishing one day and have been suffering from BB withdrawal. I have the new extended tube that will use either a 14500 for 3.7 or 2 16340's for 6V as that wasn't on it the day I decided to test the float factor (none). I contacted them on the board here about it as I noted the BB head was sold out. Within a couple of days they found a BB head for me.
To me, that goes above and beyond the normal suppliers. I am but a small fish in the e-cig waters and AltSmoke showed that they do care.
I highly recommend them as a supplier as they will stand behind the products they sell and will be there if you need them.

Well, I don't have a large order to offer feedback on, but did want to say that all the small orders I have ever placed at Altsmoke went very, very well. Fast shipping, and I love their adapters. I have 5 of them, and will be getting a 6th soon, so I have two of each that I use, and the last time they threw in a free atty! I really appreciate that, and their system made it easy to determine which one I needed, when at the time I was very new to vaping, and didn't really know for sure. So I would rate them a very high score overall!

just to put in my 3cents, chad i love you man! my bb was refusing to work. the switch wasn't working at all. (i've had this bb for quite a while) emailed altsmoke and within no time chad said send it to me and i'll get it back to you asap. i sent it wed and got it back tues. not only is it working like a champ, he also included a new hot spring (i had the old) and changed out the connector (?) too! what great peeps over there at altsmoke! i will ALWAYS come back. just wish a sb was in the budget...
