Rob is a great guy. I bought from him when I started a year ago. Just received a 510 kit and menthol juice. All I can say is WOW. I got it 2 days after shipped which is good considering holiday season. The package is impressive. Even Altsmoke branded. The 510 manual switch seem more responsive then other 510s I have tried. And the menthol juice is surprisingly great. Some of you(mostly old timers) have seen the reviews I used to give. If you know me, then you know the only menthol I like is from Puresmoker or TW. Never cared for ANYONES other then those 2. And always had to be 36mg. Well the bottle I got is nuport juice 16mg. I thought great low nic prolly will be horrible. WOW was I wrong. Great menthol coolness, perfect throat hit. I am now pleased to announce I have THREE favorite menthols. I can't pick one over the other. But I can say its an honor to be on that list of mine

I was turned on to vaping by my nephew at Thanksgiving. He told me to check out altsmoke and that's what I did. I am an extremely analytical person and I did research online for the next month. When it was all said and done I ordered my first pv (yeti starter kit) from Rob on Wednesday. It's now Friday and I'm charging my battery for the first go at it! But fast shipping and great looking product isn't where it stops!

Being a curious person I got on his website Wednesday evening and chatted directly to Rob about some newbie questions I was having. He spent 30 minutes just answering my questions and sent me an email with further information and links after we finished chatting. What a great customer experience. He followed all this up with a few extra cartridges as a surprise.

I'll be ordering some juices next week when the US stuff is available and look forward to ordering more from altsmoke!

(P.S. - I'm not new to forums... just this one. So if you view this quick enough you will see my post count is 1. I've just been trolling for the last few weeks doing research - see above - and finally had something concrete to post on. I have not been bribed, conned, paid, asked or cojoled into writing this. Just want to share a great experience. I look forward to being around the boards.)

I've been lurking for a while but I had to create an account to comment on AltSmoke's overall excellent service. I was a bit unlucky to get a bad BB but I ended up talking to Rob about it for a bit on AIM and then talking to Chad on the phone actually, and they were both great in taking care of my issue. The service I received from these two really went above and beyond what was necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely the best.

Altsmoke was the only supplier that I could find that had a 510 to m401 adapter. Ordered in the afternoon shipped next day 11pm pst. seems slow. Other then that it's all great. Decent prices, average shipping costs. Might order from again.

Wonder when that was, I typically pack a few times a day and to have an order process @ 1am my time seems a bit off Typically we pack orders at:

7pm EST, 7am EST, and 12:00pm EST been really busy this past week so the times may be off. Have some major things going on behind the scenes, good things

Ordered my 2nd Silver Bullet ( the black one ) on Friday...Got it TODAY...Unheard of shipping.

Bought my first Silver Bullet way back in October...got to buying other things, thought I didnt like it...so I sold it.

Well...needless to say...I've missed it since then. It has such a smooth vapor..with cartomizers..Wonderful taste.

So..had to order me another one.

This Silver Bullet is right up there with my Juice Box and that is saying quite a bit. I have put the others down, given some to my son...and I have to say that I dont think I will need another device.

awesome product and great service...got my silver bullet a day sooner than i expected...was even shipped out on a Saturday! i was missing a pack of carts from my order and Rob took care of it right away...his reply included the tracking number to the replacement shipment...will definitely order from altsmoke again
