I ordered a 510 starter kit with the red bull and apple fog juice, the pcc, and a few carts on this past wednesday, and all was shipped out the following morning, and at my door on saturday. Simply amazing shipping from Rob, and I highly recommend this supplier!

Placed an order Friday afternoon/evening, had it in my hands Monday afternoon. Can't complain about that!
Well I have been interested in vaping for a few weeks now so I placed an order last week with a different supplier. After 4 days and my order not being shipped yet I searched for another supplier. I found altsmoke. I sent rob a few pm's with questions I had and he was more than happy to answer them. Quite fast I might add. So I placed my order sunday night and sure as im typing this monday morning nice and early I noticed my order was dropped off! Safe to say ill be stalking the mail man tomorrow!! Thanks Altsmoke for doing what the other supplier couldnt....

I ordered a black 510 batt with purple led from Rob late last week, then a USB passthru(again 510) on saturday. I got the battery on monday(wow fast shipping), but, unfortunately it was DOA(Hey, it happens). I called Rob on Monday morning and he actually answered the phone. I told him about the battery and he was just about to ship out my passthru, so he threw in a replacement battery at no charge. I just received today(again, wow fast shipping) both passthru and new working battery. Now that's what I call service above and beyond the call of duty.
Rob you are a speedy shipping super hero, I lost half my yeti this weekend camping, placed an order for a new one on Tuesday got my new one Thursday all charged up and glowing away today. 
Placed my order Thursday evening...It shipped out early Friday morning. Received it today. Everything came just as expected. Great service. Rob gets my recommend. I'll be passin out AltSmoke cards to my vaping co-workers. Now if you'll excuse me, I have some RY4 to vape. :]
More often than not you find plenty of bad comments but a rare few good ones about someone in this business from all my research. This guy has changed my outlook! My experience with Rob has been top notch. After my first buying experience left me with a very bad impression, after doing much reading here I decided to spend a few dollars here ordering more equipment. I am happy to say I have been most pleased with the communication, and my concerns about my other order with a diffrent company were put to rest by both reputation here and what was communicated via email AFTER the sale. I am sure my products will arrive in working order, and if there is a problem it will be handled in a professional manner.
Yes, yes, Rob is da man for awesome customer service! Here's me and Chad's story: Chad ordered an e-cig and I was still smoking analogs a week after he got his first e-cig. Chad insisted that I get an e-cig as soon as possible (because he couldn't stand my stinky anymore lol). He ordered from Rob. Though emails and whatnot, we decided to drive an hour and a half, as did Rob, to meet halfway and get my first e-cig. Needless to say that first meeting got us hooked on Altsmoke for all of our e-cig business! What other supplier would drive that far and take that much time to help a customer?! I really like the Mod shop idea... I was wanting to try my hand at building something cool. ( I work in a fab shop with all sorts of metal every day) but I didn't want to tear apart working parts just to get those battery connectors. Someone on another thread mentioned Altsmoke had adaptors and what do you know... a mod shop... I love it. The battery connectors are factory ones too. I KNOW they will work and they are cheap too. THANK YOU ROB for selling these items. And those adaptors look awesome. Nice and small. I was going to try to make one but don't need to now.
I know this guy cares about us vapers and wants to help us with our every need. Most of these other mod vendors would want to hang on to those batt connectors for their builds. But Rob actually sells them to those of us who might want to build something for ourself. What a concept!
