Hello, After trolling through these forums the last couple days, I'm about to buy my first e-cigg, and was going to pick up the Yeti starter kit and PCC from you guys!

Just wanted to give a quick bit of feedback on your site. I'm browsing from work, so can only look at it through Internet Explorer, but there was one annoying thing with your layout; On every product page I have to scroll all the way past the left hand navigation bar and past the poll and twitter update thing before I can see the content for the product. Maybe a little tweak to your CSS layout to make the content fit to the right of the nav bar instead of below it? :thumb:

Aside from that, love all the parts and accessories, and the reasonable prices!

Sorry for the confusion. No, I don't have to scroll left, I have to scroll DOWN till I get past the list of links on the left side of the page, then I see the main content below that.

Resolution is 1600x1200. Browser is IE 6 running on Windows XP

If I had to venture a guess without seeing your code, I'd say the main content block placement is done relative to the left hand navigation's placement on the page, so it won't start until the nav bar finishes. While some browsers might interpret that to place them side by side after eachother, apparently IE places them above and below eachother. I hate cross brower compatability LOL

I'll see if I can email you a screen shot to make this a whole lot less confusing, if you want to PM me an email address to send to :)

Check your spam ;) It automatically sends one out when it's flagged shipped.

I did look in my spam...just cked it again and the only email I've gotten was a welcome to altsmoke and then an order confirmation which says I'll get an email upon shipping. It's a hotmail acct., and I also did the "search your email" thing and nothing else turned up about the order.

It's no biggie that I didn't get one - I have the shipping info from the my account page. I just thought you'd want to know.

I ordered my SB with:

2 atomizers
2 batteries
1 Charger
5 Blank Carts

I received my order three days from ship date (Very Fast)

When the package arrived It was missing the 2 atomizers.

I talked to Rob and He said he would send them out ASAP.
2 days later I have my 2 501 atomizers with 2 extra 901 atomizers and a adapter for the 901's.

Talk about an amazing company.

Thank you ROB!!!

I ordered a 510 a couple weeks ago, and it arrived in two days - great, fast shipping.

One of the atomizers didn't work from the get-go, and I had to email Rob about it. I was worried that getting it replaced would be difficult, and now I don't know why I worried! Rob was very pleasant, and got back to me right away to set up the return and replacement. Great experience!

    I just placed my second order with altsmoke and would like to say that Rob is a pleasure to deal with. There was a small mix up on my first order but he handled it very well and quickly. I appreciate customer service like this and will order from him again. I would love to order a SB when I can afford it. Thanks Rob!
