Thanks for the kind words :), yea I know. I'm running out of stock on select items, I was hoping to get an order in before the Holiday but it snuck up on me a tad bit quicker than expected. I did order items prior to the holiday, but atomizers was not included.

With the whole 'D-Day' predicition parts flew off the shelf this weekend. And sadly my teleporter seems to have broke over the weekend (great for getting items in!). Awaiting the news today before placing another order.

It's not your fault that everyone and their DOG is in panic mode and buying everything they can lay their hands on. I didn't buy the atomizers a few evenings ago when you had them because I was in panic mode and wanted to force myself to Calm Down before spending the rent money...
I eagerly await the end of the FDA's 15 minutes of ECig infamy so we can go back to normal levels of stockpiling.
Can you imaging the carnage if your shop was a retail outlet in physical space???!!! (my minds eye sees ladies with sharp elbows ripping the goods out of my hands & shopping basket while pushing me out of the way to get to the area of product I am looking at...)

Please hang in there-I am in no mood to find a new favorite supplier.

Ha! Ya I have to rely on other ways to get my goods quickly and efficiently. /ponders worm holes.

Don't worry I'm not going anywhere, I was a tad concerned with this rumour. As the minutes pass my mind is put to ease. Regardless atomizers are important and I'm looking to trade other suppliers for some so never fear ;)

I don't like to be anyones second favorite :p

Seriously, the service and products from Altsmoke are absolutely outstanding. I have purchased 3 DSE901s, extra atomizers, USB passthrough and carrying cases (love those things!) and they all work great. I'm still using all the original equipment (batteries and atomizer) from my first DSE901 (green kit) purchased almost two months ago and, trust me, I vape a lot as I was a two-pack a day smoker for 42 years (now down to about half a pack a day). The service is incredibly fast and accurate; I always get precisely what I ordered and receive it in a few days...precisely the kind of great service that is a rarity in today's world.

I have to comment on this thread as to prior to ordering from Rob at ALTSMOKE I had dealt with 3 other suppliers and have to admit all were a waste of money (boy do I HATE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BEING WASTED) as the units were defective and customer service was not a priority. I am new at this e-cig concept and was beginning to loose confidence in it. Prior to placing an order with Rob I explained my past experience and he assured me that he would regain my confidence. This is exactly what he did. I am sitting here puffing on my new e-cig :). I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service/ satisfaction that you will gain if you choose altsmoke as your supplier. Thanks Rob! I look forward to purchasing future orders with altsmoke. Once you stock back up on the apple juice I hope I can catch it.

Got my order today and I must say that I am really impressed with your products and service. It has been a real pleasure and I look forward to getting my new batties all charged up, so I can vape, vape, and vape some more! :D Love the case - it is perfect - maybe I won't lose this little thing anymore!8-o

Rob was the second site I purchased from mainly because he is close to me. I cannot say enough about the experience! I have purchased 2 starter kits from him and both times I received the packages within a week. Both packages were in excellent shape and am still using the first atomizers - great quality stuff! I purchased a new model from another vendor and ended up with a dead battery within a week. I have sent 2 emails within the last week and still have no response. Will be the last purchase I make from them.

My experience with Rob @ AltSMoke has convinced me to stick with the DSE901's (both black and green) and just put another order in for some accessories. And as soon as he has the atomizers in stock, will be purchasing a couple of spares for each of my black and green kits.

Keep up the good work Rob! Everyone that asks me about my PV I send them to your site - hope it is helping. I like to see folks like Ron prosper! If you ever need a hand....I am only about a half hour away!
