...that the X2 (manual) possibly has higher voltage when charged and the voltage becomes less as the battery is drained?

I have noticed that the vapor becomes pretty low just before it dies. And then when I switch out batteries, the first several (maybe around 10 -12) hits are VERY hot and the vape tastes burnt.

Since I do not get this with my auto slims I can only assume that they have a pretty constant voltage.

Is any of this correct?

I am pretty sure that the X2 is regulated at 3.6'ish volts.

I have an auto X2 and it does not perform any differently fresh off the charger. But most (if not all) batteries will give off less vapor the last couple puffs before they run out.

When it gets hot the first few hits, is it on a particular cart/clearo/tank?

Does it also give you the hot/burnt power while using it as a pass-through?

My auto slims get very weak before the light flashes, too. I can tell that they are ready to die.

The technology is very similar to the beep in hearing aids, saying that it is time to change batteries.

I hear you on this. I can tell when my slims are about dead. The vape I get from them is VERY cold. Usually 3 or 4 puffs later the light starts to flash.
