After I refilled my cartos with the "condom method", I wanted to distribute the liquid evenly with the spinning method until I realized I had nothing in my possession to use to spin. Then, in an act that was 1 part Mcgyver and 5 parts Hilarity, I looked down at my feet and thought "Hey...what about my sock?". It worked like a charm.
So if you are ever caught in a pinch and forgot your baggy or Lanyard, turn to your socks since that is something most of us never forget to take with us.

Thanks guys. Works well too. The refilling of these cartos is quick and easy as it is and I can't tell you the trouble I had on my previous models with my hands covered with liquid, hunched over my table for an hour or two, and only have the carts I filled last 20 minutes compared to the VK's Carto lasting me all day long and refilling them inside of 2 minutes.

I actually have come to rely on an EXTREME version of the spin; specifically when draining a carto with intent to refill with another flavor.

As typical, I put the condom partially over the mouth end of a carto, and insert it into the battery bag.

This is where it gets weird. Then I attached the bag to a ceiling fan blade with a binder clip, and turn it on - high.

It stays attached (does not come flying off), and in a few minutes the carto is drained (the miracle of centrifugal force).

One other note: I stapled the battery bag at about the halfway mark - preventing the cartos from slipping to the base of the bag. This makes it very easy to remove it from the bag after the hurricane is over. :p

hOLY cOW~!

What an Idea! I've got a ceiling fan in every room of my house. This will do nicely.

Let's see, 5 blades per fan = 5 cartos per room. 6 Rooms = 30 Blades...

Woot! I can spin 30 cartos at once lol!

As long as you keep them balanced (important!) you can do a LOT more than 1/blade! There's a lot of torque in that electric motor. Properly balanced 20 - 100+/blade should be realizable. Conservatively, I'd expect to see you spinning six hundred at once. Try to keep the number of binder clips down though - they're heavy. One or two per blade should be fine. Just stay balanced.
