yup..it does get easier. I vape around smokers all the time now and have no desire to go back to analogs- and I feel SO GOOD! The improvement in your health comes quickly and it's remarkable.

I definitely gets WAY easier, preferable to smoking even. I used to pay $5.60+ for the privilege of smoking a whole pack of cigarettes. Nowadays, you'd have to pay me to smoke a pack of cigarettes!

*fwiw: I'll smoke a pack of cigarettes for $100, paypal accepted :) PM me. LOL!

Thanks everyone :) Looks like a lot of us noobs jumpin in on this thread to say hello, that's awesome!! I was always so freaked out about quitting & it's turning out to be not only virtually painless, but delicious, fun & exciting- wow! Never would have dreamed it might be like this.
Rosa, you're too funny!! But I am going to put that $100 towards MORE JUICE hehe! :) I'd hate to see ya smoke a pack of cigs anyways!
Just got in some 36mg peppermint that I ordered f/ vapor4life while I ordered a friend a starter kit after loaning him some equipment for a few days... so it continues, spread the goodness!! The peppermint is tasty!

How can it be this easy?? I've heard others ask the same thing. I'm blown away. I love this community, I'm so glad you're all here to share this with. My close friends & family don't really get it, you all get it exactly! Love seeing all of us newbies doing well, thanks for sharing! Sleep well, Fellow Vapers, sweet dreams...

I find that no matter what mg the vape is, it still takes 3-4 days to kind of get over the edginess that comes from a lack of the 3-4 thousand chemicals in cigarettes. Somehow our mind tricks us into thinking we need that. Just tell yourself you didn't quit smoking, you just changed to a better brand. It takes away from the feeling of "lack." Splurge on lots of sample juices and treat yourself well. Congratulations on your quit!!

Michelle I'm Really glad to know this agitation/restlessness will pass, hopefully quickly. I'm doing pretty darn well all considering, but every now & then I have this powerful urge for an analog, it passes pretty quickly, but it's kind of creepy to have that urge hit so hard at times, randomly. Powerful addiction. No way I could be doing this without vaping I don't think, or I would be absolutely miserable if I were without vaping. I just wouldn't have quit smoking, nope.
Crazy! a great kindof crazy!

Hang in there Shmoo!
I used the tapering off method to give up the "stinkies", so I never really had a major "jones" for a smoke.
First month cut analogs by a third, 2nd month in half, 3rd month I was down to 10 or 12 smokes a day, and then all of a sudden I found myself wondering why I had continued to be stuck in the Marlboro Menthol rut for 35+ years when there were almost limitless numbers of flavors I could vape and still get the same satisfaction. Anyway, I digress.

Remember that the hardest part of making most difficult transitions, is actually deciding to do it.
You've already made the decision. Keep up the good work and welcome to the forum!

I agree, the chemicals is what hooks you (or atleast me). I know this because "roll your own" cigs never satisfied me. If you're having a hard time giving up analogs I recommend trying out puresmoker.com's "Minthia" flavor. "Minthia" is one of the strongest menthols I've tasted (not counting DYI juices). Even if you were not a Menthol smoker, I'm sure vaping menthol would help.
