Funny part is, I cringe whenever I spend $20 on juice. Which is hilarious, since I already figured out cost per "pack" by vaping comes to about 45 cents for me. And I would drop $70 on a carton of cigs without thinking twice! Gotta get out of the mindset of "I just spent $20" and turn it to the "wow, I only spent $20!" :)

ya i did some conservative math and ill save over 2000$ a year more if i don't hit the monthly vaping budget i used. i live in Denver and i pay $5.15 for camel 99 filters (after the 50 cents off) i easily smoke 2 packs a day some days if i don't watch it i will go into a 3rd at 2 packs a day i pay 290$ a month on smoking its outrageous in my opinion i only wish i would have gotten into vaping sooner. im also terrible about burning everything with cigarettes, so many things im excited to put behind me

Someplace recently started to 're-allow' smoking in casinos because they were losing too much business. The governments are in a catch 22 - they want to discourage people from smoking, yet they need the tax money to fund their own pensions :) Guess what side wins that battle when push comes to shove? At one point when a pack of cigarettes cost over $5, the cigarette companies were making $2.23 a pack. Don't know what they get now...

In Wisconsin cigs are almost $8 a pack, gone up around $3 in taxes in less than 2 years! Yeah, they keep socking it to smokers in taxes, then legislating it so that we're lucky to be able to smoke in our own homes. Hope more and more people catch on to vaping and their revenue plummets! No doubt it won't be long before they figure out how to take a cut out of the vaping industry though :(

That's why I bought myself a big hoard of hardware.
I just hope I can get down to 0 nic before they start regulating the juice vendors into oblivion.

When I first started smoking, Winstons were 60 cents a pack in the vending machine at my favorite bar. The row in the machine that held the Camels was broken so you could get those for 35 cents. When smokes eventually hit $1.00 I was outraged! No way I was going to pay $1.00! Well, that thought lasted until my pack ran out.

Now I hope smokes keep going up and up. That way I can justify spending more on batteries and juice, lol.
