Just wanted to share a brief story that happened yesterday. I've had broncititis since New Years Day, so been kinda puney on health. I was sitting here at my notebook just surffing the web when the phone rang. Very much to my surprise it was a vendor that I had been in touch with a few times.(I'm sad that I can't give out names or details about this person cause he really is a special type of human being). The main point was that he wanted to touch base on an order, and otherwise just chat. This special person used HIS time and effort to call me. We talked about everything under the sun, for over an hour. This person wasn't trying to sell me anything, he was just keeping in touch and checking on how I've been doing. We chatted about motorcycles, airplanes, guns, vaping stuff, I mean everything. After we hung up it just warmed my heart to remember that there really are so many good people out in this world. I just wanted to share this with the rest of this fantastic group. And to top it off the HHV order shipped yesterday also and the Aroma juice should be on it's way soon. All in all just kinda makes me smile from the inside out.
If anyone is interested in this piticular vendor send me a PM. I hope the Moderators will allow that, cause I just don't want to break any rules but would love to share this special person with all who are interested.

I'll just play on the side of safety GT. But you know how special it is now days to find someone that will use their own time to check on us. Usually it's the customer trying to hunt down the vendor. I'll be more than happy to share in a PM though.

Yes the majority of vendors and manufacturers are exceptional. Not only here but from other countries. The bushiness are small enough to get personal with customers. Kind of like a Mom and Pop store on line.

I kind of had the same type of experience once. It was in response to a ticket I had opened, but I never expected them to call me. After the business side of the conversation was done we chatted for another 5-10 minutes about the weather, and fishing. It was really nice. Glad that the vendors in the vaping community are so awesome. (Most of them anyway)

I would think that if this is an ecf approved supplier, it would be fine to mention the name. Mabey a positive review in the reviews section for vendors.

The sad part was that there was a snafu in some of the orders. USPS never got the package so he's scrambling trying to make up for the orders. And yessir he also said that he will have a surprise for me with the shipment. I kinda know what it will be but even he won't say exactly. Kind of a experment I guess I'll have to call it.
There were some others that never got their package. Gee who would have thought that shipping around Christmas time would be difficult. (i really don't see how they can manage to handle anything during that time of year. Boggles the mind).
And Since I've had open request from the start of this thread the Vendor is Aroma E-Juice. Jerry is one of the few vendors that will make the WTA juice some of us need. Fantastic person, and I really think when I get to his neck of the woods,(if I ever do) I will have to buy that man a nice cold one. Thanks again Jerry.
