Well an update. at what... 2months from first post.

I still have to stay at pretty high lvl's of Nic, when I reduce I develop headaches. I still cough occasionally but less now. I can smell and taste stuff now more and more. I love red peper flakes, put it in nearly everything, now they hurt lol. I can smell the trash barrels :(. I had to up my resp. protection while airbrushing I am becoming more sensitive. I had to install an industrial extraction system (essentially turning my garage into a single vehicle booth) for use with High voc paints. This is more then I expected since I do not do large surface area's at home, I have a place to do that. Before I had the garage door open and a single squirrel cage pulling through the wall.
Love life is great now, wife is enjoying that. No more breaks.

Ala in all except for the headaches on low nic lvl's I feel awesome.
