So I wasn't expecting my 901 to be here until tomorrow, but I checked the tracking anyways. It says its been delivered, but yet its not in my mailbox, not in my house, and not outside my door. We've been home all day so we would have heard a knock on the door, plus there is no note saying they attempted delivery. I am ......, but trying to stay calm. Will have to deal with this tomorrow.

Not exactly the same, but something similar happened to me. I ordered a Joye eGo and 2 days before the expected delivery date I checked the tracking. It said item delivered, so I got excited. Checked my mailbox...nothing. Checked around my front door...nothing. I started to worry and checked the tracking again. It definitely said item delivered, but a min before that, it was logged as item out for delivery. I thought 1 min to get onto the truck and then to my mailbox was kind of fishy, so I just sat and waited. My kit arrived later 6 hours after tracking said it delivered. I would bet on your package arriving sometime tomorrow. Good luck

You may want to contact the vendor and the USPS (or whoever delivered) to find out what happened to your order. The vendor may have put the wrong address, the postal scanner may have misdirected the package to a different town, it could be any number of things.

I once had a package addressed correctly get delivered to a house in Texas and I live in Massachusetts. Stuff happens, but I hope you get your package soon enough.

USPS "tracking" is pretty sketchy, at best. The 510's I've ordered were sent with a "delivery confirmation" barcode on them. That's a service sold to shippers, and not meant to be a tracking number for the recipient. It simply proves that a package was delivered. Not sure why your package # shows up as delivered when you didn't get it. I deliver mail for a living, and I scan those packages several times a day. The scanned info doesn't enter the online system until I get back at the end of the day and upload my scanner into the system.

I am keeping positive. I know that if our mailman gets the package I will recieve it, hes really big on making sure things are done right regardless of how long it takes and how it may inconvenience a fellow employee. Hes a cool guy.

I'll check the mail tomorrow and if its not there I will contact usps.

Exact same fail-boat...

510 kit updated as "delivered" on the 1st, but not to my house (home all day and I had stalked the mail carrier :p ). USPS requires a "5 shipping business days" before submitting a claim for lost/missing items. Today was day 5, since the USPS was closed for Easter all weekend.

I've been in contact with the ppl that sent it, and while I have been assured I "won't be left hanging", we are currently waiting to see if it gets put back into the system for re-delivery.

I remember the waiting game. I waited from March 29th to April 5th. And I thought it haden't delivered on that day because there was mail but no package then I went out to smoke an analog and fume and it was there...like the postman was teasing me...I did stalk him for like 3 days when he came to my house. I was always outside smoking an analog waiting for him at the time he delivered...He was probably paying me back for stalking him LOL.

OKay, so the light turned green and so I am now using the 901. I ended up with 2 automatic batteries though I could have sworn I was getting 1 auto and 1 manual. ANyways, I only seem to be able to get it to work if I cover the hole on the atamizer as I puff. Is that normal? Or am I missing something?

Crusy, I know it's tough to wait but you should really charge a battery for 4 hours the first time you charge it. You can remove it when the light turns green every charge after. This helps the battery last longer and it's easier to wait 4 hours for the first charge than DAYS for new batts when those quit working. Congrats though, good luck and happy vaping!
