Cartomizers are an atomizer and cartridge together. Do the same thing but one piece. Cartos can hold 15 to 80 drops depending on which one you have

No a cartomizer has an atomizer inside of it. So you will screw it directly to the battery. It takes place of a atomizer with a cartridge.

Their are many different sizes of cartos. The smaller ones generally hold about 1ml of juice and their are large ones that hold about 5ml. I use the Ressurector cartos and they hold alittle over 2ml of juice.

I highly recommend filling them with a syringe
