I don't know about the cinnamon stuff, but it was lemonade that did it to mine. Now, to be fair, it was a pretty sour lemonade very close to the real thing. The vendor uses food grade ingredients and mixes the juice from scratch themselves once it's ordered.
I did a little poking around to find out what exactly happened because plenty of people vape citrus flavors and cinnamon flavors alike. It's just some sort of strange chemical reaction that happens between acidic juices and certain plastics. It was a Stardust style plastic tip that melted for me and the tank clouded up, but it was a PC plastic tank and I've come to expect that to an extent.
Maybe it's the flavors themselves. At this moment I have a blueberry lemonade flavor in my mini nova and it hasn't caused any issues whatsoever. It's not nearly as potent as the other lemonade I have from another vendor. But there's even one person that said their banana flavor did it, so who knows.
