hey now! everyone says it is!LOL once you get the hang of it :p i have a feeling that using the rm2 will be much more easy with squonking... i hope!

The Rm2 is fantastic until you forget to squonk. That cotton is really nasty when it's burned up.
If you really want to build a fantastic vape for the Reo with the RM2 then check out Super X's thread about micro coils. He is the master!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yah i've seen that. I'm not a pro coil builder, so i'll be happy as long as it works and i can taste my juice. i have cotton and silica ready to go, because in the past i've not liked the way cotton tasted.

Luckily, one mouth/lung-ful of burnt cotton and you quickly learn that flavor change right before that burnt hit.
The rm2 really is a great little atomizer. I only slightly flooded it once on the first day while getting used to the whole squonking thing. It's been going strong ever since.

Don't fret...You can use the 18500 AW IC batteries. They will work fine though I would recommend not doing a lot of sub ohm vaping with them. I used them for a long time before finally switching to the IMRs. There is just enough room in the spring to break the connection should you have a short. Here is a photo of my 2.1 and the 18500 AW IC.

Hey reo friends. I'm having a touch of trouble :/ my rm2's came today, so i spent the last two hours trying to make coils. All i have is 32g a1. I've tried everything. 7 coils, 10 coils, close together, not tightly packed, on a toothpick, on a tiny screw driver. They look like nicely made coils, not bumpy or anything, but then when i test the ohm's, they're always well over 2 ohms. I gave up, since I have to go into work shortly, and left the last coil on, 2.1, so I could at least see if the cotton tastes gross. It doesn't give me that funky smokey taste I got in the past when redoing protank coils, so that's like the only plus so far. But it does have a slightly different taste than silica..like cotton, but hardly any juice taste. :/ please help the nooblet :( I have two reo's and they're so cute, but i want to be able to use them!!

I think I got in over my head :/ I've watched so many videos, tried to emulate them, but I just don't yield the same results. :(

32awg kanthal is pretty high resistance stuff; try a 4 wrap - should put you around 1.5 ohm. Or twist 2-3 strands together to lower the overall resistance before wrapping a coil.
While you're playing with that, order some 28 or 30awg kanthal to get yourself more wraps and lower resistance.

Thanks, that's what I'll try while waiting on wire to come.
